    Yeah I guess I should wear it. Will be going for civilian clothing including a body warmer to soak up the hits Cheers for the tarp tip. Will look out for one. Or I might hold true to the civvy aspect and just get a typical garden tarp.

    No I probably won't wear it. I play pretty tight CQB and it will just get in the way. I'm a bit of a zombie geek so it's just my way of expanding my role playing universe. I use the day pack for when I take the dog out for a long walk, sans airsoft stuff of course I'm not actually a prepper but I do like to be prepared if I'm going to be out walking for a day. I have just ordered a Bear Grylls Compact multi tool to finish the emergency kit and I think I will get a cheap tarp and maybe a hammock to put in the bag too.

    This is what I am calling my Bug Out Loadout. The basic premise is only to take what I can fit in my bug out bag Pictured is a Mil-Com 30l Molle Daysack, A Viper tactical belt and pistol pouch. A KJW p229r(?) An ASG Mac 10 and of course a mid sized emergency kit The emergency kit which is by no means complete contains: Approx 12 feet of paracord, fire striker and cotton balls for tinder, button compass, craft knife, credit card sized multi-tool, safety pins, mini cable ties, space blanket, anti-bacterial wipes and various medical supplies. I will be adding some painkillers, a mini torch and a decent mini multi tool will replace some of the other stuff at some point. Not pictured is a face mask which is yet to be delivered and various airsoft sundries inside the bag...gas, BB's, silicon spray, towel, torch etc. When Z-Day happens for real I will just replace the 229 and the Mac 10 with a crowbar, hammer and some MRE's.

    5 minutes with some cable ties and my Mac 10 now has a sling point! (Paracord would have been cooler but I'm rubbish at knots)

      attached an mp5 red dot to my mac11 with cable ties.. clipped onto the front sights nicely, sadly the rear had nothing to support hence had a few mm play so had to give up :(

      Mmm. Might try something similar myself. My old eyes can't see a thing through the Mac 10 sights :D

    Just ordered what looks to be a copy of a Save Phace mask from Tiger111hk. The photos clearly show space in the foam padding for the arms of glasses so I am hoping mine will fit. Hopefully just the job to complete a zombie apocalypse, p229, Mac 10, lightweight loadout.

    Been airsofting (rather infrequently) for about a year...just wondering if I am man enough to do it in short sleeves...

      Haha. I am thinking of going with a pair of combats and a polo shirt and no rig. I normally only have a long sleeve t-shirt to cover my arms anyway...and I have some scars to prove how ineffective that is :D

      short sleeved, absolutely if weather allows it, its not like its the bb going to go thru your arm:)

       

      There so many people playing with rig thinking they are kings just because they do not realise they get hit.. keep the clutter to minimal guys!

      *downside to short sleeves is your skin tone, if you're white.

    Spent the last year building a loadout and buying guns. Woke up this morning wanting to sell the lot and just go skirmishing in jeans and t-shirt carrying a Glock! :D

    Sort of got my Px4 working. The slide does lock back now...but it does it with one round left in the mag. Not the end of the world I guess.

    Suppressor finally arrived. Doesn't fit. Not even close. Or at least not in the way it was intended However with the aid of some gaffa tape around the flash hider it is now an "outside the handguard, push fit, suppressor". Who knows....it might even stay on Looks awesome though. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

    Hands up if your suppressor has finally been delivered only to find out the threads are the wrong size and it doesn't even fit in your G36c handguard. So of course you wedge it over the flash hider with the aid of some gaffa tape instead. Which of course means you could have ordered a much chunkier suppressor instead.

      Mmm. Gaffa tape fix appears to be holding up! I can hold the gun by the suppressor without it falling off so I reckon it should be ok :D

    I recently had the same thing from Tiger111HK. I ordered a suppressor and emailed them a month later only to be told it was out of stock. I chose an alternative though...which I am currently still waiting for. And I've just bought some Humbrol Poly Cement to hopefully glue a spacer to the underside of my Px4 slide catch. The fix seems to work but it needs a stronger adhesive.

      Emailed them yesterday and they just replied telling me it's out of stock! I found another 25mm/24mm diameter suppressor on the site so going to order that one instead.

      possible the case, as I imagine its harder to identify a suppressor as being a mock than say a RIF.

    I just thought I would share this piece of loveliness! TM Px4 in some kind of holster thingy from Tiger111HK on a Viper security belt. Apologies for the substandard photography! And the reason for taking this picture now? I just received, amongst other things, a new mag from Airsoftworld. Therefore justifying adding the mag holder to the holster!

    I noticed that the front sight on my ASG shotty was lose. So went to tighten it up but somehow manged to dislodge the screw and it and it fell inside one of the three barrels! It looked wedged in there so I gave the gun a bit of a shake at which point the screw disappeared! I couldn't find it on the floor so I am worried it fell inside the gun. I have fired a few rounds out of it and all seems fine but I'm just not really comfortable using it now as I can't be sure that one day a screw isn't going to come shooting out! I have no idea how to take the thing apart either. There are no rattles so maybe the screw did fall out and I just lost it? And of course the front sight is missing now.

    Just this second bought... From Airsoftworld: Burst Wizard, Px4 mag, Element gun grease set, Fogtech 5 pack. Off ebay: 9.6v battery, Madbull blue rubber and X spacer. Now I just need my suppressor to arrive from Tiger111HK and I will be able to finish my G36c!

    Not a full gun pic but thought I would just show my hi-caps complete with added dummy rounds. I was looking at the sticker packs but spent ten minutes googling and found a pdf. I printed them on ordinary photocopier paper but glossy paper would give better results. Certainly beats buying all new mags to get the same look!

    <<< Forum noob, joining in and getting the thread back on track like a boss My last two purchases... I've ordered a 160mm x 25mm "Zombie Killer" suppressor for my G36c from Tiger111HK and just a few minutes ago I bought a red stage light filter gel off ebay to mod my Ultrafire torch. And now the waiting begins (Stay tuned for imminent purchases of a burst wizard, new battery, tight bore barrel and hop up rubbers.)
