I was actually going to volunteer myself for exactly this the other week... I have a manufacturer I use for Woven Hook & Look Patches that I sell for a client but would be able to find a PVC patch supplier relatively quickly if that was the preferred type. If there's no objection from the Mods and everyone could reach a consensus on patch type and size I'll look into it. The ones I currently do are roughly 50mm x 60mm Woven Hook and Loop Die cut (unique shape) and sell for £5 each or 3 for £10 + £2.80 Royal mail 48 Tracked postage.

Asking for both AEGs and GBBRs: Is there any inherent problem that would arise from storing RIFs with the upper and lower receiver split so they take up less space? For context, I am looking at the possibility of splitting the upper and lower on both my M4's and storing them strapped to a rigid molle panel in the lid of a Pelican 1650, rather than laying them on top of all my other gear. Other than the obvious issues of dust, debris, internal parts potentially getting damaged etc which should be minimised by them being in the case - is there anything else I need to look out for? I may well just be overthinking this.

5KU 10 inch MWS outer barrel Guarder Rubber Stock Pad The project continues - HAO buffer tube and castle nut will be the next purchases I'll get some when I have better lighting - everything just arrived today but happy with everything. The stocks need the spring and ping from a donor stock. Little bit of filing requiried to get the pin from a TM MWS M4A1 stock to fit properly in the holes. Worth noting also that the Front sight requires a Front sight post so I'm going to have to salvage one from somewhere - but I might just sell it and the barrel extension on and stick to a 10 inch version.

As far as I know: Full auto rather than burst, A1 style Carry handle Sight, Painted in the same black paint as SLR's rather than the usual grey. Beyond that I think it's nuances in markings like having serial numbers on both halves of the receiver and the crows foot / broad arrow stamp.

What's the general consensus / go to for an Elcan Specter DR in locomotive Brown? It's mainly for looks so I'm not bothered if it's just a 1x red dot. I've seen the Holy warrior offering for £215 in the UK or some Aliexpress Jobs ranging from £100-150. (I'll be honest I was never expecting them to be this expensive - but I've never been one for buying scopes!)

Second this. I’ve previously had to stick to MICH type helmets and cut the pads in half. I did manage to find some off the market thinner than usual pads that worked with a fast helmet for me before but having recently done exactly as above I can confirm it’s the best fitting and most comfortable option I’ve tried.

Hey all, Not sure I want to part with this, but as I’ve just got a G19 I feel obligated to do so! Was wondering what it would be worth? TM G17 Guarder Enhanced Full kit 2 Gas tight magazines 1 leaking magazine (gas hisses from around the fill valve - I think just an o ring?) very lightly used, have fired maybe 4-6 magazines through it and the obligatory cocking and playing with in the house. +10 Agility, stealth and accuracy would be great. What appeals to me about the Clawgear is the longer neck and the shape of it so I can keep it tucked into my shirt combined with the mouth piece being adjustable to come as close to the eye as possible or go under the chin when needed and for it to just be used as a buff. I know the versatile snood/hood/buff balaclavas are everywhere but I’m struggling to find one that A) looks like it achieves it as well as the Clawgear B) isn’t either so thin it’s see through or is the polar opposite and fleece lined. C) I’m not sure if it’s just me but most seem to look like they have a very short neck?

Does anyone know where I can find a Black Clawgear FR bacaclava or a clone in stock? (Doesn’t have to be FR) I’ve exhausted my googlefu, Ebay, Amazon, AliExpress and DHgate ?

I'll never be able to afford them or justify the spend but I'm enjoying seeing things like the VFC Carl Gustav and GBB M249 come out. I also like seeing the progress this guy is making on this project: I think an actual belt fed airsoft MG would be epic. Totally impractical for skirmishing but epic nonetheless.
