  1. Safe mode is pretty self-explanatory.
  2. He didn't. Read the post again.
  3. Let's keep this civil and not resort to name-calling, yeah?
  4. I've got two, they're excellent for the money.
  5. No, don't use silicone spray, use alcohol wipes. Silicone will collect dust and general crap over time.
  6. 7.4v is perfectly fine to use; no messing around required.
  7. This scope is fantastic for the price, get yourself some 20mm mounts though. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Air-Gun-6-24x50EG-Rifle-Scope-Red-Green-Illuminated-Retice-11mm-Dovetail-mounts-/161899776331?hash=item25b1fa894b:g:u2MAAOSwHQ9WWHur
  8. Good luck with the insurance cost!
  9. Facebook pages, Zeroin...
  10. It'll last a long time if you avoid breaking open the gearbox / changing the motor. The only thing I'd recommend doing is cleaning out the inner barrel with rubbing alcohol wipes and maybe cleaning the hop-up rubber with soapy warm water. Don't use high voltage batteries such as an 11v lipo, a 7.4v lipo will be fine. As for storage, keep it in the box it came with, or in a gun case.
  11. Then use camo tape for the time being.
  12. Sounds a bit much considering that it's only £159 new. Could get yourself a new Cyma M14 for less.
  13. Tokyo Marui's are good, but a lot of cheaper rifles are a lot better. JG Bar 10, Well snipers, HFC/Cyma VSR etc.. They also don't have crimped cylinders. The Marui L96 needs more stuff replacing, such as the weak plastic feeding ramp for a metal one. The barrel also has a tendency of being offset for whatever reason. If you're not going to use them for skirmishing, then, for legal reasons, let's not do that. (UKARA isn't a license.)
  14. Welcome to the forums! I absolutely love my ICS L86, excellent quality.
  15. If you have the correct charger, you won't have any problems. I use a Vapex VTE 600 Lipo / Life charger, people tend to recommend iMax chargers.
  16. Look on the 'Places to buy' thread
  17. KJW P226; slightly heavier than the real p226, 1/1 scale, is cheap and very reliable. (aside from the utter crap magazines.)
  18. I'll have a look at these when I get time, good suggestions.
  19. Pushing it, (simulating that it's cocked) then pulling the trigger to see if the sear disengages, which it does. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
  20. As per title, trigger is absolutely fine, sear is in tact, I'm also using PSS2 piston. I've checked that the sear engages with the piston, and it does, just when everything's fixed together it decides that it doesn't want to work. Any suggestions? I'm thinking that the bolt isn't going back far enough for the piston to go past the sear to make it engage, but I'm not sure.
  21. Aaaaaaand the 416 receiver is too long for my G&P lower. Excellent.
  22. Welcome to the forums!
  23. Glock 23 - £40, slide will be hard to find. Mac 11 - £50
  24. Why not save the money, play a few games first, then start shopping for a proper AEG? Instead of buying gas pistols?
  25. Oh boy, where to start.. I'll make a list so it's easier to read: All G&G Combat Machines, pick the one you like the look of. The G&G MOD 0 is an excellent choice. Cyma AK's, M14's, Mp5's A&K/P&J M4's DBoys AK's Classic Army Sportline guns are ok, the plastics are fragile. ICS M4's JG AK's, Mp5s (if you can find one)
