Whenever I had to post a parcel I used UK Mail - Parcel Pete and took it there myself - depot is opposite my work and usually 95% time perfect next day del but with all of them you get the odd crap experience
Trust me they are ALL to$$ers so I use the cheaper to$$ers now coz expensive Royal Mail are no better - won't use Herpes I mean Hermes coz had stuff take ages to arrive in past
