  1. I wish I had a gun with Decent Selector
  2. Saw a listing, contacted the seller, confirmed I wanted the gun. Got as far as sending my address, he said he'd get it packed, get a quote for shipping, get back to me. I leave it a couple days, don't wanna nag. Contact him. Oh it's sold. Someone else messaged after and offered more, so he went with them instead. Oh it's gone now. Oh okay. Oh nice. Thanks.
  3. Everyone needs a stupid project gun
  4. To be honest FPS chasing is a bit silly, but especially if you have to gimp your hop to get a few more FPS. A gun that's consistent at 1J will be better than a gun that can push 1.2J but the hop is inconsistent.
  5. Oh huh. So far the VFC MP7 Backplate has been like their one consistently good product. Everything else has had issues. Hell they made a steel bolt for the WE SVD that simply would not fit, the dimensions were completely wrong. They blamed WE for getting the dimensions wrong and crashed out really hard. They say German designed but the guy who runs it is Latvian and ships to within the EU form there. Packages to outside the EU come directly from their subcontractors in China. They use a machine-to-order online service to save money, instead of a single production partner. So every batch is made by a different manufacturer and some of them are much worse than the others. Talking things like the MP7 Magazine Baseplates going from genuinely great one batch to simply not fitting at all in the next batches. Cannot recommend you avoid them enough. I have their Steel MP7 Bolt as a damn paperweight now. The nozzle bore is the wrong size so the nozzle just rattles around in there.
  6. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/gas-powered_1/john-wick-loves-this-even-more-than-his-dog_i83574 I love it when "I cleaned and lubed this" is a sales feature.
  7. One day I'll get the VFC M249 so I can fire many boolit
  8. Yeah, plus it's about AK length. I think people play some video games and hear SMG expecting it to be tiny and nimble. Haven't held the VFC but held a deac PPSh once and yeah, the gun is heavy and the drum really weighs it down more. The drum wasn't even loaded lmao. Those Soviet teenagers had to have eaten their Weetabix let's put it that way.
  9. I mean no one can beat a rental. They're unburdened by neither equipment nor experience, their blood hot from wearing a thick, black hoodie in high summer. BBs dare not touch them.
  10. We get to savour every shot ?
  11. I run gas, so I set the hop to just slightly overhop at the end, then tweak the NPAS to the right power. Then pick a distance and zero my sights to it.
  12. 120 rounds is so many BB, can go a whole game on that
  13. Oh man he deleted. C'mon man. I know there's a little ribbing but that's a little silly.
  14. This would be the top suggestion of 2008 maybe but the Tippman is ancient.
  15. Do these kids buy a two tone and think it's some high value item?
  16. Yeah the G36s are pretty decent for pretty cheap. Double Eagle Noveskes also.
  17. If you want SMGs then yeah, I thought he wanted a rifle. Would not recommend the CGS, absolutely awful system, poor quality control, avoid. That HK416 is a steal but having chatted to the owner it needs a lil TLC. (Still a great deal). Don't get the KWA MP9 as your first, it's a gun I've watched experienced techs curse to high hell. It can run great, but only after replacing every part inside it and fettling it just right. The Tec-9 is cute and there's a handy Explosive Enterprises video deep diving on it. It's very meh, can't really fix any of its issues, has no aftermarket. Nice if you want that Miami Vice look but basically any other GBB SMG will outperform it. My pick would be the 416 with the understanding you might have hop issues, second is the MP7 noting that it can break its backplate.
  18. There's no pick up and play GBBR at that price tbh. Most of the time they need a bit of work out of the box, usually a part of two replaced and maybe some parts finegling. The only GBBR I've seen which is out of the box ready to roll with no fucking around needed is the VFC AK, and that's double your budget sadly
  19. Nah that's a bendy yellow fruit
  20. I think the ads are telling me to off my nan
  21. G3s are so damn cool, I love mine
  22. "Realistic handling" It's 80% scale...
  23. Honestly the pistol style speedloaders are better imo. Bit more handy and a 20 rounder takes like four pumps to fill. Odins are more useful for battering 120 rounds into a midcap really quick. You tend to need to adjust the clutch for GBB mags, it can struggle against the heavier springs.
