Pop a wanted add in the classifieds, I got mine from a forum member & it's immaculate. Just follow rule 5 that apply to wanted adds.

The usual advice is to wait until you've played 3 games renting equipment, once you have your UKARA buy a RIF of your chosing without having to buy a two tone pew. This'll also give you a chance to see if you enjoy the hobby before you remortgage your life away. https://ukara.org.uk/ Player registration is free, to become a registered airsoft player you are required to take part in three games at the same UKARA registered game site over a minimum of two months, e.g. the third game being 56 days or more after the first. You must be over 18 years of age, live within the UK and able to provide identification such as Passport, Drivers License or Bank Statement.

Not possible, all the screws are tightened now ? -
Yup, I wore mine in 1 game...never again. Just as well I collect webbing & the like too. I only bought 2 because I wanted 1 for display & 1 to wear in game... I now have 2 on display ?

Mine cost about £64 without pouches & another one was £89 with pouches but I'm a fat lad & there weren't many XL listed at the time, I've since bought a tonne of pouches to tailor them to my liking but the damned things are heavy as hell(empty). X2

Had some tumu style shadow foam (BiGDUG Essentials Kaizen Foam) arrive today, which I'll cut to size at some point, I also had a wee surprise package my Son found at the back step of the finest Chinesium Maul-C1 from Amazon. Just waiting on a tan one from another supplier for my HK416. Thought I'd ordered an LPVO too but can't find an invoice so will need to go shopping again. -
Ordered some on Saturday & it arrived today, at some point I'll cut it to size for my cases, I don't have any 'shadow foam' to compare it to but it's million times better than the p&p

Just realised it's with it's own box, if you google the exact model you'll get a better idea of a current price.

Rattle can it, sounds like cleaning the paint off isn't worth the risk of damage to the rif or you.

Looks like this... https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/delta-armory-da-a07-mk18-mod-1-m4-ar-15-alpha-tm-aeg?pv=25044 Typically a second hand AEG would sell here for 60-70% of the current retail price so you could expect to advertise it here for £130-140 usually including paypal fees & postage. If you chose to sell it in the classifieds read the rules in the red banner above. Legally a seller would usually ask for proof of a 'defence' (a UKARA registration for instance), if you get an offer from someone here simply check their profile for feedback/ pics/ discussion and decide for yourself if they look like a genuine airsofter or some numpty that'll walk about the TUBE in multicam posing with it (it's happened). TBH, you'd be pretty safe selling it here without any issues. If you get a low offer you don't need to sell it until you get a better offer but don't be afraid to haggle, every £1 you get helps pay for postage or fees.

Common sense should apply here, I've bought 77 rif's second hand from here with relitively few issues (as above), admittedly most are wall hangers but they all work apart from a few boneyards that I knew had issues, I have 5 rifs in my collection that I've listed as faulty but I'm pretty sure they were all sold as boneyard, the ones I fixed were sold as working( I think). I have a couple that I remember thinking they were metal bodied & they turned out to be 'sportline' but the only rif I regret buying was brand new & not to scale so it's never seen the light of day (we don't talk about the blue one's). If in doubt... don't buy, if disapointed or feel scammed there's always the paypal claim process (honest sellers have nothing to fear). On a possitive note, I'll have more weekends off soon and have already started preparing myself & collection for potential game days, even second hand purchases from the classifieds.

That doesn't surprise me. ?
-
My last game I had 6 hi caps lol.
-
Now you MUST show the rig that'll hold all those mags.
-
Just don't smoke while you do it or you'll remove a few more layers than expected.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, the only issues I've had with any second hand rif is when someone's tried their own teching. Mostly little things that just weren't done right... Scar-H GBBR nozzle pin incorrectly inserted causing damage SVU safety inserted wrong way round & screws missing from bi-pod Honey Badger main spring changed at some point & the plate holding it in was a goosed bit of metal & selector plate missing HK416 with a wobbly rail due to barrel nut cross threaded so wouldn't tighten AK47 under folder motor incorrectly fitted causing a goosed gearbox numerous loose screws that simply needed a wee tighten. Thankfully not many issues that even an airsoft imbecile like me could identify & fix or replace the parts but obvious enough to tell what they did wrong.

Aye, but the tartan almost makes up for your crime. Nothing major from me today, needed a rear iron sight for my LR300.
