  1. Have you lost the hop wheel detent spring? Or has it failed / got silly weak? Due to the design of the MWS hop system the only way it should be able to reset the hop setting would be if something were rubbing the hop adjust wheel, is the nozzle / BCG clearing it ok? Fitment is the plague of aftermarket parts, its worth spending time with wet&dry paper making the nozzle move freely without lube, any kind of binding affects BB loading/nozzle seating/nozzle retraction/gas efficiency. Thanks @Sawyer always happy to hear players are enjoying the products 👍
  2. Very nice! All works really well together, visually and ergonomically by the looks of it! The FSP suits it. What tape is that on the grip etc?
  3. The Whold is simply to big to fit inside the MWS hop unit, so it gets deformed when the hop unit is together.
  4. Barrel length is more about power with GBB, so base the length on your required power in combination with an NPAS type. Id definitely go for 6.03/6.05 everyday over 6.01 for accuracy. The PDI bucking (which I love) does not work in the MWS hop unit. You want to be running 0.36 or more in a DMR power MWS.
  5. Very nice to have so many sites inside 1:30hr drive
  6. Booked in 😈 Very excited to fall down the stairs
  7. Thanks for that, already had mags inbound from Rainbow8 Whats the hottest Nuprol gas you can run in these?
  8. *set hop to minimum when removing / installing barrel assy*
  9. Use a hot air gun to warm the fasteners, this will soften the loctite making for a much easier job 👍
  10. I'm after 2 VGC mags if anyone has surplus / wants some cash. DM if you have, cheers
  11. No the pressure should be fine. Is the problem the same of different mags? Does the first manually cocked shot work fine?
  12. Have you green gas modded the mags? Sounds like the mags are overfilled, so the first few shots have liquid.
  13. Sounds like a worn or over lubed bucking, or nozzle binding in bolt.
  14. I'm reliably informed these parts are made from a carbon composite by people who do aerospace carbon work so one would assume they're solid
  15. No I wouldn't bastardise anything RDB rest easy! Il machine a whole new lump to go in there 😉
  16. I was hoping to run an integrated one, keeps everything clean, I really like the Klarus stuff, may have to machine an adapter. So chuffed, my airsoft SMG dreams are complete! PDW for DMR Backup SMG Kriss for CQB Gaming SMG
  17. Oh yeh your the drum mag queen! Havnt taken this down yet, is the bolt marked CQB? Any experiences with torches? Love a strobe lol
  18. Yeh I saw another thread you were explaining to a guy about the semi sear. Will have a look see. Green is hot enough at 330fps so that's cool. Thanks for that 👍 Will need 2 more mags. Whats the best functioning pouches for the long mags?
  19. Can't stop handling it 😍 As soon as I'm back from working away I need to go CQB! Is there anything I should be aware of with this that I've overlooked? Must do maintenance or 'keep an eye on'?
  20. Bought myself membership this week, SO VERY HAPPY! Have been on the fence for years because I was torn between the utterly crap performance of anything I've ever owned by KWA and the pull of a GAS powered Vector. Friggin love SMGs and GBB(R) guns, so this was always lusted after. Read and watched a ton of media on these, tried out Krytacs (zero arousal) and though you only live once, and I'm so damn happy that it shoots so accurately out to 50M, that's all I ever want in a CQB gun. This finish and controls are lovely and it's all rock solid, feel lucky to have found a boxed, one owner, unmodified example, and for this to be the first gun I don't feel needs upgrading, that's so refreshing. Chuffed!
  21. Difficulty is relative, do find changing a lightbulb difficult or rebuilding an engine? Seriously though MWSs in particular are pretty easy to swap out parts on, there is a wealth of 'how toos' on Youtube etc. The most important thing is remember what order things came apart and keep everything organised and safe. Furthermore it's good practice to know how to strip down your BCG on a GBBR for basic service and maintenance
