There's a big difference between between holding a committee meeting and complete radio silence. The latter is a guaranteed way to get the rumour mill working overtime. I'd say it's the right word. Whether voluntary or a paid position if a person or organisation is going to claim to be official representatives of a group of people then they need to be extremely open and honest about what's going on go those they claim to represent.

It doesn't help when sites llike Phoenix cater for twats like licking shitstains by setting up games specifically for them to generate bullshit content. For me this straight away puts them on the avoid list @THE CHIEF whilst I agree that more variety of rifs would be nice, I think alot of it is down to consumer demand. I thought I recognised the patch from there. I can't say the mask rings any bells, but it was nearly 20 years ago and sometimes I struggle to remember what I did last week. I haven't been back since I last played there but tbh I'm not surprised it's changed so much. At least its been preserved though, rather than cleared for housing Firing as you approach and go round a corner so if there is someone there you're already putting shots out rather than having to react. To me it's a twatish move which involves zero skill

There's the problem, many things are a good idea in theory.

Ares Amoeba Striker AS-01/AS-02 Owners Thread

I use something like this on my AS02 -
As I've been visiting different sites and doing mid week games I've been to a few different cqb sites end one thing I have noticed is that many look like they're starting to crack down on some aspects of speedsoft, such as prefiring and spamming the trigger. Did you guys play at Fort Amhurst donkeys years ago?
-
None of which has anything to do with either the problem the OP has or motor speed, as you incorrectly claimed Seconded.

I haven't personally noticed it, but then I've been a bit of an airsoft nomad for the past year thanks to work changing my shift pattern. As others have posted I think the rising cost of living will have had an impact, especially for the older players with things like rent/mortgages going up. Another factor could be that as airsoft only really became very well known about in the past few years some of those who started then would've moved on to whatever the next big new thing is. I was going to ask if any qere cqb sites. Unfortunately cqb sites tend to not be around as long as urban areas get redeveloped and land owners want to make their money My problem is that I've got to rely on public transport. While I've got quite a few sites within easy driving distance only 1 is on a direct train line. The rest involve a journey of at least 2 hours plus often a walk too. All of this is a big chunk of my cost of a game day

Fair enough, everything I could find about that referred to li-ion batteries As others have posted, fast charging li-po batteries isn't a good idea if you want them to last. Guess what, site owners don't really give a shit if your battery gets knackered
-
This. A lower voltage battery (whether it's a 7.4v compared to an 11.1v, or a dying battery compared to a fresh one) will cycle the GB slower but not affect the fps. The muzzle energy is down to the potential energy in the compressed spring
-
Often people are shocked when they find out I'm not a qualified electrician
-
See the post above That's lithium ion batteries

If you really want a laugh go look at his ballistics thread To the OP. It sounds like you've got a problem with the nozzle getting a good air seal intermittently
-
He's got a habit of posting tech advice which is complete bollocks
-
I see the op has been back since posting this cringe fest. @1omegasquadron did you really expect this to go any differently?
-
Only 20? Last I heard there was one in every pub in the country How do you know this?

According to the FAQ section of the website UKAPU was founded in either 2009 or 2010, depending on which answer you're reading. As for that news report, I could eat a bowl of alphabet spaghetti and shit out a better article than that
-
Well they couldn't be any worse than what we've got to choose between Tbh unlike Captain America I'm not getting that reference. To me that looks like the lovechild of the Iron Maiden mascot Eddie and Riff Raff from the Rocky Horror Picture Show

Had to laugh to myself....EPIC BB size...

The thing is by doing that you're giving them the attention they want. Thinking about it I'd rather not see any political patches, whether they're to the left or the right, as I'm on site to shoot plastic at people not debate which form of government is best. Treat your political views like you treat your dick. They're both ok to have, they're ok to be proud of but what's not ok is forcing it down someone's throat. As for finding something offensive, at the end of the day we all have a different place where we draw the line (I know I've got a dark sense of humour but there's certain things which piss me off). If you're going to start screaming at someone over something you don't like and demanding they remove it then IMO you look just as silly as them

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Just a pair of the wellco jungle boots I posted about in the reccomended boots thread and a pair of soldier 95 trousers. So far I'm happy with them especially as the total cost was £45 including postage -
This is exactly why I've never bothered joining. I've seen them make lots of claims about how they're responsible for saving airsoft from "influential people who want to see airsoft banned" and have "overcome several proposed bans in the last decade" (direct quotes from their website) but zero evidence to back these claim up. They also claim to be an official organisation representing players which is bullshit. Who made them official? Overall this looks to me like people trying to become big names in the hobby by making grand statements but offering fuck all so

They're definitely SR-25/AR-10 mags. As for brand I was thinking ARES, but the feed nozzle is too far forward. The only other brand I can find on Google with the 7.62x51 markings are nuprol. Capacity wise they're high caps so they hold 550 rounds. https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/nuprol-550rnd-n-mag-high-cap-magazine-for-sr25-aeg?pv=20250

Any chance you could put that in English? Maybe try using a little bit of punctuation too, that way your post might make some sense

Can't argue with that. I've found a couple but I know I've got more. I'll have another look tomorrow
