Don't be a hero and charge objectives by yourself. If he's more of a_socialist, tell him to communicate with his team and coordinate with them to take objectives.
There's always that one guy who goes full out Rambo, rushing an objective by himself and then gets hit. Rather pointless if you ask me.
Simplest thing, it's a game, remember it's a game, if you think it was a hit, if you're not sure if it was a hit, take the hit, no shame in it, more honour in being the bigger man than the shame of being 'that guy' especially on his first game
