  1. Don't worry, they're no-longer in business.
  2. I had some tech work done, which included replacing the gearbox casing. The tech sent the gun back with the broken casing rattling around loose in the box with the bare gun. Like, thanks so much for returning that small amount of scrap metal, totally worth the dings and scratches to my newly upgraded gun 🤦

I bought this intending to use it in a TM Hi-Capa but it didn't work properly with the TM mag release. So back in the box it went, where it's been stored with gas in since. The size/capacity struck me as the perfect middle ground between the standard mags and too long 50 rounders. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked postage. Please PM me any questions, as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.

  4. Pretty standard with a TM. Spend loads of money on aftermarket parts and then desperately try to get it working half was well as it did stock ?
  5. For the amount of plinking I do, I can get by on using a big TM loader. As you mentioned, that type seems to work better than the GHK one.
  6. Not sure if there's an "owners thread" on this pistol? I've just picked one up and few queries/comments. The first being how the hell do you load these? I've tried angling the supplied speed loader as illustrated in the manual but really struggling to get more than one or two BB's at a time in. The only other GKH gun I've owned before was a G5 and remember they had a similar (the same?) speed loader attachment. However I don't remember having this issue to such a degree. Other than that I'm pretty impressed so far. The kick is not as snappy as the TM version (I guess that should be obvious, comparing to a plastic slide) but the recoil is definitely stronger. Overall this definitely isn't one for the "speedi boi's" but seems top notch for collecting, training, plinking etc. Also, I don't like putting unnecessary wear on my stuff, so don't do it too much but I must say, racking the slide is addictive. Unlike TM and VFC Glock's, there's no roller to get over, so it's smooth all the way but like a real pistol, it won't go back into battery unless you give it a nice sharp full pull back and release.
  7. Appreciate the detailed response. I can stretch to an MWS and having had a TM MP7 previously, the best thing about it was that it never so much as even hinted at suffering from cool-down. I stupidly sold it, tried to replace it with a Vorsk VMP, which wasn't terrible but just not on the same level for consistent shooting.
  8. Hi All, After likely retiring from skirmishing (at least for the foreseeable) and getting in to spring airguns for target shooting, I'm still thinking about picking up a GBBR for use in the garden. My garden is 35 metres long, well fenced and the neighbours are aware that these aren't real firearms etc. Anyway, as I want a semi-automatic rifle, I'm considering one of the TM MWS range. I of course know they're not shot on shot accurate like an air rifle can be, but in a similar position would you guys go for one or maybe a TM MP5 NGRS? I've always wanted an MP5 and can't wait any longer for TM to announce a GBB version.
  9. A strange one, I've also had a visit (at work actually). Once I was able to explain I was importing it using my UKARA defence, because I was an active airsofter, they were satisfied. We even joked about it, as several of their colleagues were airsofters too. The RIF remained seized by Border Force though, as by that stage I would have had to go to court over it and I didn't think it was worth it. Don't forget, even if you have a valid defence, the RIF may be seized if the shipper misdeclares to customs. ie by stating "toy" or "model part" etc.
  10. I've just stuck a AM Limcat slide on my TM 4.3. It runs fine but I guess the added weight has made it a touch more sluggish (nothing drastic). I'm using a Guarder lightweight BBU, as I already had one lying around and I don't want to spend a ton on this build. Will changing the hammer spring make a positive difference? Any other recommendations?
  11. I should imagine it's either: 1) Site owners friend/son wants to be a YouTuber and is sick of getting lit up as they stand in plain sight, 25M away from the opposing team. 2) They've had numerous mid-game arguments about MED's and they're trying to motivate the snipers to ensure they keep plenty of distance. Some sites I've played at won't let people play with a boltie/DMR unless they have a sidearm, so they're less tempted to break the MED.
  12. Barry, sorry but it was your own fault you got scammed. You paid for something which didn't include a picture of the sellers username and date ?
  13. If this were the latest version I'd say around £110 (Paypal fees and postage included), but I don't think this one has the 15mm BBU, does it? So you'd be relying on someone who specifically wants this design (hogue style grips etc). Either way, not more than that but you can of course list for whatever and reduce as you see fit if it's not selling.
  14. Members with 50+ positive feedback should get an exemption IMO.
  15. To reiterate:
  16. I'm trying to clear some space and that link only takes me to a "something went wrong" message. How can I delete my attachments.
  17. On their FB page, they state they are closed for renovations and aim to re-open within the first half of December.
  18. Glad I'm not the only one! For example with TM's, the slide is black plastic but someone sprays black over the blue paint rather than remove it ?‍♂️
  19. Check your hammer set, feel free to take a photo and post it here if you're unsure.
  20. Also, just don't buy a gun with those massive cut-outs in the receiver. They do nothing other than give mud and crap a way inside it.
  21. You can get TDC kits for Hi-Capa's and even just an aftermarket hop unit should do the job.
  22. Bought an optic on here which was advertised as genuine, checked with Vortex and they say its fake. The seller has more of the same and has since changed their ad to include the word "replica" Surely you have a watertight case for "not as described" through Paypal?
  23. AAP nozzles are fussy with hop rubbers, try it with the stock one. If that doesn't make a difference, revert back to the original bolt. It's a tricky balance, if not setup perfectly, lightweight bolts don't have enough oomph to fully return to battery. I've found installing a stronger recoil spring can help with this.
  24. Anything like this you're always better off splitting it out as much as possible. Which version of the Evo is this? I recently sold a 2020 edition in FDE with spring, guide rod, hop rubber and barrel upgrades for £250 with 1 x mid-cap mag. By that metric you're looking at around £200 posted for the Evo by itself. The WE G18C may go for around £80 posted.
  25. Awesome! Yeah, quite often they get stuck in just enough to release gas. This should be anyone's first process, if their mag is venting from the top. Applies to green gas mags too (although they suffer from it less, if kept gassed).
