https://imgur.com/a/JS6m3sn Got this TM Samurai Edge AW01 Custom from avenger63 a month or so ago, got some pick n' pluck foam for the casing so it can hold an extended mag + 3x standard mags in there nicely. I've just added a spring guide buffer to it because there's really nothing else to upgrade internally, it's solid as fuck. I was disappointed that the LAM was only a torch even though it has a faux painted red-dot on the front of it, so I bought one of these from AliExpress for £60, has a torch with strobe function as well as red dot laser. And latest pic of my M41A PR: Think i'm finally happy with it now. Hopefully never have to take it apart again, full internal upgrades on every single part.

Thanks Honestly I will probably take the rail stuff off when I actually play because it's just dead weight, and the shotgun strap with shells is for my M870 that I have mounted on my back, but I've literally never even pulled it out, it's mostly just for aesthetics and the "I like to keep this handy *cocks*, for close encounters" line, so I'll probably end up taking that off too. I have weathered it quite a bit to try and make it look more screen-accurate which I think turned out really nice, and the grip tape on the stock helps with shoulder comfort and just gripping the ..grip. You guys haven't even seen pics of when I bolted a long 20slot rail to the top and slapped an eotech replica on top of it. the gap between the 'handle' is enough to aim with so I ditched that idea almost immediately.

What on earth is this holy grail gun?

I put a couple drops of abbey silicone oil on the o-ring and then wrapped the thread in plumbing tape, put it back together, a lot less leaking but I only got about 7 shots out of it before I was out of gas - did I maybe not fill the gun up enough in fear of over-filling it? how many seconds (roughly) should I hold the can over the fill port? I usually do it for 5-7 seconds or until it starts 'spewing' out and leaving a liquid residue, so I'm guessing the internal gas storage on the gun isn't huge, but it's nowhere near what I have read as advertised - I should be able to use this as a main, but 7 shots before I'm out is pretty silly. I'm using Nuprol Green Gas V2.0 - would it be better with a different gas? I love this gun though, just holding it and pumping it feels great. (yeah yeah I dropped it move past it)

Came on monday; I got some gas today and after filling it I can hear it hissing out the fill valve. it's slow and quiet but if I stick my ear near I can hear it clearly - rather than returning for a replacement and such would just getting a replacement valve work? By the way what's the point in the space for 2 extra shells in the cylinder below the barrel? to get them out you have to unscrew this cap on the end which takes about 30 seconds, and it seems to be literally just for storing 2 shells because it doesn't load a new one in or anything. Anyone know how to switch from 3 shot to 6 or back etc? I saw how in a youtube vid a while ago but I can't find the one that shows how again. Thanks in advance. Edit: Valve pics. That's actually pretty helpful thanks. I tend to sweat a lot in general so I'm just worried about running about in the cold, sweating, and then stopping and freezing my ass off from the cold sweat.

General question re; harness+belt vs. a plate carrier - does a plate carrier setup help much in the winter we're now getting into? In the summer I'd sweat buckets with just my harness and belt, I suppose a shirt under my invader gear top might help in winter but yeah just wondering how they fare for you guys in different weather. I've got these springs on hand now: Springs - Nuprol M110 AEG Spring - Nuprol M100 AEG Spring - SHS Nonlinear M90 AEG Spring - VFC AEG Spring M90 - PDI AEG 100% (M90) Silicon Chrome Steel Spring Variable Pitch I'm gonna get my own chrono shortly, (ACETECH Airsoft Gun AC6000, good choice?) and try each one. I'm interested to know why the PDI silicon chrome steel spring was so much more expensive than the rest. Engineer said gun was firing 370 fps with 0.20g BBs using the M110 spring, the site limit here is 340, so I'm thinking I'll probably need to drop to M90 (I've seen M95's too). Having a hard time figuring out how to open the gearbox assembly though to change the spring and also install the mosfet wire.

I took it apart as far as separating the 'top' from the 'bottom of the main gun, but from there I had absolutely no idea how to access the spring or open it up. He put a new motor in for me and said to wire up a mosfet I'd need to access the gearbox anyway to wire up the signal wire. what do the other wires hook up to? cause if I can do some Y split on the cables now while I have it open and stick deans connectors on the end it would save time later (maybe?) Also is that good for this gun? I got maple leaf bucking/nub, madbull barrel, and it's got a nuprol 16RPA motor in there.

Well, I remember him saying the seal was great etc or something like that. I guess I need to buy an M90 because and M100 is gonne be over 350 if an M110 is 370. How easy is it to replace the spring in my gun? since I'm buying my own chrono (ACETECH Airsoft Gun AC6000), and I'm waiting for Gate NANOAAB to be returned as the first one was DOA - rather than pay this guy to do it how easy is changing the spring and adding a mosfet? Sorry to necro an old post. I had my pulse rifle sent off to have a new motor, spring, barrel, hopup nub/bucking, mosfet installed. Mosfet ended up being DOA so gotta return that. The spring I Included was a Nuprol M110, the guy said it was chronoing at 370fps and the site limit here is around 340. Would an M100 drop it down to there, or should I look for an M90 or M95? Filling the AI Tornado 2 It was mostly full anyway but it took about 3x worth of those loaders to fill and I'm pretty sure they are at least 100 capacity. Need to get one of those nuprol 450cpa ones. I messed up with the gas at the end but I wasn't sure if it was full - did I fill it for too long? how do I know when it's done? This is from the other day when I first got it, I don't think I put enough gas in it, but here it is anyway: I'll take another one in a minute.
