I find hitting a skatepark/bmx track aggressively on a bike gets my mid 40's body easily into VO2 max training.
Also as someone who was brought up rather than dragged up I use earphones so as not to offend other peoples earballs.
Say what you like, Trooping of the Colours looked much better than "Trooping of the Color (Orange)" over the pond......
Despite The Humam Cheeto's best efforts to have a birthday parade for himself in true DPRK style, I did however appreciate the use of "Fortunate Son" for the march past of the poster child for the subject of that song.

Yours for £200 and collecting it, shonky hard case, ali express looking plate carrier 3 mags, acm looking mesh face protection, cheap looking 2nd hand eye-pro and some mechanix gloves which may actually be legit......
Make a gbbr version of your AS VAL or VSS and I'm all over it like a tramp on chimps. Also..... those chonky plastic 9x39 mags would be ideal for a decent gas system.
The only reason I sold my old AS Val was the lacknof tactile response on firing.
In 2 minds about this one. The price seems on the upper end of reasonable..... but the paintjob and "custom LED" pretty gopping and I would argue actually lower the price.
""Airsoft is more than just a game; it’s a way of life." – Every shot, every move, every plan—airsoft teaches us that attention to detail and commitment are key to success."
I read this on their website and may have just been a bit sick in my mouth on the plus side they have a merch shop coming soon......
I suspect they will go with "you stripped it enough to find this...... therefore you broke it". I've known at least 1 shop to claim stripping the slide off to set the hop as voiding the warranty.
Ill be honest mine lives in the garage by the bike tools and has many greasy thumb prints.
@Mik3F I fitted a fox transfer I picked up for stupid cheap off flea-bay and was amazed at the difference it made. Now I'm on fleabay looking at pump-track/dirt-jump bikes......
Slightly late to the party but if you're getting into MTB'ing again "Zinn and the art of mountain bike maintenance" is a fantastic source of info for overhauling and reconditioning bikes. Buying it has probably saved me a few 100's worth of maintenance done by shops.
Wolf shutting down is a shame. IIRC they were the cheapest place in the UK when I pre-ordered the NGRS MP5SD (yup never thought I'd type that sentence).
I also never really had an issue with most of the staff tho that may be that on my visits I went in with a definite shopping list and an occasional 'ooooo whats that'.
