Are the mags loaded "properly" i.e. neatly double stacked? I seem to recall MP9s can be picky with feeding unless mags are loaded like this. Even down to which side of the follower is touching the first BB.

Are you talking about a .209 primer BFG or a 12g blank? I can't imagine the latter would be allowed at indoor site... Regardless, I use a Delta Mike face pro snood with Comtacs just fine. I'd definitely want both in CQB.

So, I heard back from my source who asked TM directly what's going on with Glocks. TM said there are just production issues in general which are impacting multiple product lines, not just Glocks. TM said there are no issues with licencing and that is a rumour started by a store/distributor that has no involvement with TM and is not to be trusted. Is TM lying? Possible but doubtful. We'll see I guess. And I got all that without having to sign a NDA. In summary, everyone can chill out.

I appreciate that but this source would have to be a Japanese distributor to have heard directly from TM seeing as TM only operate domestically. I don't think you're grasping what I'm asking. Yes, the source could be not being named because they asked. BUT WHY? Why would they need to be protected? A toy is potentially stopped being made. Jez's source is convinced this is 100% happening. What does it matter? Why would TM tell someone and tell them not to tell anyone? Do you see what I'm getting at? Why all the mystery over a toy? Not a dig at Jez but half of a story just annoys me.

How does naming your source drop them in it? In what? This isn't some whistle blower confirming details of a top secret UFO recovery program... If a toy manufacturer has told them directly that something will no longer be made, why is that a secret?

So where are you getting your info from? What makes you so sure?

For what it's worth, Western Arms sued/did legal stuff to TM over Berettas as WA held the Beretta licence in Japan. TM still make Berettas, they just can't have accurate trades. No more Glock trades is the most likely outcome I think here if this is not just a storm in teacup and everyone is freaking out over unsubstantiated rumours with nothing to back them up with. I believe there's a hobby trade show in Japan next month that TM attend so that could be interesting.

It's best not to think about it.

I'd like to think that in a what I assume is still a traditional country like Japan, a "representative" of TM would knock on the front door of whoever runs Baton Airsoft or whoever is messing things up and "suggest" they reverse course and that sorts it. ?

What PTT and headset are you using? I had this exact issue except with a UV-5R. Some random Chinese U94 and mic and downlead for my Comtac XPs. The setup worked fine for numerous weekend events and then one weekend I get the transmit light but no audio. No settings changed or anything, it was most odd. Sadly, my fix was to get a RS U94, mic and downlead.
