So people have been able to send RIFs to the UK with a UKARA provided recently? This would be my first time receiving from a friend and not a retailer and its a pretty rare to find rifle new. Oh wow thats what it would take?... jeez

My friend told me UPS refused to take it as they couldnt guarantee it would get to me... its still in its box new and weighs 3.5kg. Brexit is likely gonna affect this as well especially since its coming from France.

It's in france, the french supplier wouldnt ship to the UK so i asked a friend of mine in france to get it for me. I'm not sure how to get it here from that point though

A friend of mine managed to acquire a rifle I wouldnt have been able to buy myself from a french site which doesnt deliver to the UK. While I have a UKARA ive been told that UPS refused to ship it despite that. I'm just wondering whats up with that and If It can be shipped. The rifle is just a Umarex X95 which is exceptionally rare to find new.

Been working on the MP5A3K build from First Assault on a JG MP5A3 for now. I will extend the rail over the back sight if possible. it may be slightly destructive if i have to shave down the rear sight block. The sights are almost completed as well and i will update here once i have put all the pieces together.
Issues with the rear rail being a bit too high profile will also be addressed. i wanna keep the front and rear rail aligned and as low profile as possible.

HK417 acquired.. only 3 left to go on the endangered list.

3D Printed a grenade prop from First assault. Seeing how it comes out.. the model itself is a bit blocky so it didnt do the 3D print justice. next time i print this i'll make it a higher quality functional prop with a spool and pin.

First Assault Airsoft Project
Im hoping to start collecting and making the weapons featured in this beloved shutdown game i used to play on soon. so i have a list of guns that i will want to acquire in the coming months. (http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Ghost_In_The_Shell:_Stand_Alone_Complex_First_Assault)
I currently own 3 weapons from this game. Those being the KSG-12, ARX-160 and MP7 though the MP7 isntt the best quality.

I guess this is my collection of airsoft guns over the last 11 years. starting with the Classic Army AUG A1 which has been broken and out of service for a long time.

Here it is back when it was less worse for wear. i sprayed it with Krylon Olive spraypaint which oddly enough i still have.. the sheen from the body still comes through though...

Umarex X95 Project - LPEG plastic gearbox mini Tavor.

Hey guys I recently became interested in the X95 for a project im wanting to do. Does anyone have images of the gearbox itself? For some backstory im wanting the X95 to do up like the S25-R on First Assault. Only differences are the height of the rail on the front forend and the military style handguard. -

WHAT HAVE I DONE!!
So i decided to mess around with my WELL D98 since its a pretty flimsy gun for Airsoft and came to this. something that actually looks more CQB than its original makeup.. i haven't got the chance to test it out yet as i tried a spring which barely fit and it might have burnt the motor out. I cut the barrel down. removed the stock and used one of the stock screws to put a 1 point sling on. i was originally planning to go for a briefcase thompson from Ghost in the shell.

Just put a spring from my old AUG into my WELL D98 Thompson... its only a plastic gearbox... and the old spring might be 250-300fps better than the original which ended up being 120FPS

Took my KSG out for the first time. its certainly a learning curve but i managed to get a few decent close and long range hits with it

Got so many ideas so many things i want to do but such little time, money and resources to do it all at once

Finally got my KSG after wanting one for 7 years. i followed the KSG since its inception and recently found that a bb gun version existed. so aside from the broken CA AUG A1 these are my higher tier Airsoft guns right now. The others are cheap bb guns
