  1. You dont need a UKARA for importing parts . However , depending on the carrier , they might want proof of a defence . ups in particular are bloody awful for that sort of thing . I had to jump through hoops with them to get the CO2 boxmag I ordered for my GBB M249. Again , no defence actually required , but ups .....
  2. I agree up to a point , yes take the objective of the game seriously and play your best with your team in order to achieve it , with a healthy dose of 'who actually cares who wins'. But as soon as someone starts screaming 'take your hits' or behaving like they think they are an operator and yelling orders at other players and generally acting like a tit then they need a time out .

I've put a Maple leaf Crazy jet along with a M/L rubber in mine . Did the mod on the C clip that is supposed to help accuracy . However , as I've also fitted the heavy recoil weight getting 2 shots in exactly the same place is pur luck anyway ! I do think the barrel and rubber did actually improve accuracy though .

I've not snagged the line when running mine. Tank is in a respirator bag hung off my belt , short line from there into RIF. I do draw the line at the aeg box mag though . I shall contine using the stick mags , as for me mag changes are all part of running GBBs I did set up the boxmag for a mate though who also has one.
  5. Anyone taking it too seriously , or even remotly seriously . We are playing dress up and running around with toy guns Dude !
  6. The crazy jets are not single notch , IIRC they actually have 3
  7. I use a cricket box . It'd be an unlucky shot that hit the nadgers , but it does happen now and then .

As above , it's a sound file for me too . Certainly sounds like it's safety related . Also check that there isn't debris in the trigger pack , shattered BB that sort of thing .
  9. ups are a fucking nightmare in my experience.
  10. The conversion was as easy as swapping the inlet valve for the correct hpa adapter. Yes green gas does have silicone oil in it to help keep O rings lubricated . So far I've not had any issues with the seals in the drum mag though . The mag capacity thing does take some getting used to . When I run my L119's I carry 5 stanag mags and a speed loader , I can get 2 plus BB loads from a gas fill on those , so that gives me something in the 300 round total for an hour game which I find enough for my play style . It's all working in close to the other team , picking your shots and double taps ! The MP5 mags would need a refill of gas too , so when I use those I carry the speed loader and a can of gas . I have 4 stick mags . Just re fill during quiet moments or when re spawning . Same when I use my MP7 . The Apache certainly is loads of fun , I like the 3 round burst on it . I guess it depends on how much you enjoy the mag changes , if you aren't fussed then the drum might be the way to go , I'd still carry spare gas for it and give it a quick top off now and then . If the mag changes are a big part of the fun I'd stick to the stick mags . However if you want to run it in the winter the drum with an hpa adapter will work better given the size of the gas capacity in the stick mags.
  11. Hi Baser, it's ok . I've actually hpa taped it so I can run the the MP5 on a tank in the colder months and like that it works well . It's fine filled with green gas too , but in honesty I prefer using the stick mags since i see limited shots and mag changes as part of the imersive GBB play style . That said if a game demands a spray and pray style then the drum is better .
  12. Is this not the same bloke who started this thread in the first place and got pissy with people ?
  13. Went tactical black for the evening pistol and shot gun games on Friday . Just a belt with 2 holsters and mag pouches .
  14. Yep , thats the one , Survival in Torrington . But no , never lived in any part of London. Somerset , Zambia , Brunei, Scotland and Devon , but never London .
  15. It's a woodland site I play at . About half the evening was on parts of the main site including cqb around the 'village' and half on their laser tag area which has some serious undergrowth.
