Lol, I am still the noob mod, although technically Jez is noober?, the new rule was implemented on the 1st, two weeks feels like an ample grace period, I guess from the 14th onwards we'll indiscriminately delete any ads that don't meet the new rule, & that'll include older ads that have been renewed, no exceptions. Sound good @Jedi_Master @Jez_Armstrong ?

All Jez's doing, looks good, but likely to be a stopgap, at some point fairly soon we'll just start deleting ads, & repeat offenders will get warnings, if they still can't get their shit together, at some point they themselves will disappear like their ads, the whole point is to protect the honest members, so "I forgot" repeatedly might be an indication of something else ? ?

Gutted to have missed this, my attendance was always going to be difficult due to carer commitments to a close relative that have become complicated recently, but I was remaining optimistic that I'd at least manage the morning with you guys. It's Macks, outing sellers with banter & mild piss taking is OK, preferable here than in the actual sales posts. Obviously nasty or threatening abuse will get people banned In a heartbeat, everyone needs to keep that in mind. At the end of the day, any seller can ask what they like, getting it is another matter.

Agreed, but the fact it happens is just down to the fact that afuk has a lot of decent members who won't, or feel they can't, ignore this shit.

There's been a few cases of members getting hacked & subsequently locked out of accounts, not many thankfully but enough to show it's a "thing", if that were to happen to a member with high feedback whos exempt from pics, what's to stop the hacker throwing up a few competively priced ads in the hope of a fast turnaround ?

My patience will last til Saturday probably, after that they'll just start disappearing........

OK, you've pretty much confirmed that: 1. Your a retailer, albeit one with very limited stock, & probably a dropshipper. 2. Your items are new, but also faulty. Forum rules exclude retailers, & all sales are meant to be secondhand items between private sellers, which you are not. You've made no attempt to interact with the forum members except to attempt to market a new but faulty product. I suggest you approach established retailers once your product is performing as it should, but this forum isn't the place for you or your product. Be aware that if you reattempt to market it here under different accounts, they will also be banned.

@nikaido Are you offering these for sale ?, if so how many have you currently got & can you get more ?

Bugger, that's a weird looking pin, only other thing I can think of that comes close would be a very small R clip, but you'd have to get busy with a couple of pairs of needle nose pliers to get the shape right.
