That's actually my favourite grip for the AK. Had a chance to try one out at an airsoft car boot and it's honestly so comfy.

If he's not smart enough to work out how to put it back together from that state it's probably best that he took it apart so he doesn't try shooting the neighbour's cat with it.

G&P have some of the best externals out there but apart from their LMGs they really don't get that much love. I also second the ASG CZ 805 Bren. It's got some of the best ootb performance at that price range. I think people get put off by the proprietary hop up and how much of a pig it is to get to the gearbox.

You could probably fit an upside down m249 gearbox and p90 hop up in there

I've been going through old designs and found this that I tried doing a couple of years ago. I think I'm going to give it another go and make it less like the PDR-C and more like something from halo.

I built my G&P from parts. I got the gearbox, receiver, and barrel which came to about £200. I spent about £200 on new gears, motor, piston, cylinder head and gate titan and another £100 on an optic, rail, grip and stock. It's been r hopped and has almost instant trigger response with precocking. I love it and it's mine but honestly it's not cheaper than getting a base gun to upgrade and customize.

Combat South was my first site I played at and my favourite. Such a shame to see it go. I just wish I could have gotten a few more games there before it shut. At least they're going to be finding a new site with all the same props at some point.

This isn't a wtb post (yet) but to those of you who have bought a receiver kit and have an upper receiver not doing anything, how much would you want for it? I want to have seperate cqb and spr uppers for a GBBR and if I was to get an MWS this seems like the best way to go about getting one.

Of course if someone asked to post something overseas that will have an extra cost but generally people anticipate that and in my experience at least are very understanding of it.

I always give an all inclusive price for anything over £20 and let the buyer ask about a lower price if he wants to collect. Since all but two transactions I've made on here have been posted it makes far more sense to cater to those transactions.

Really? When I was looking for a stock adapter for my own SCAR I seem to remember it saying it wasn't compatible with the VFC AEG, although that may have just been because of the weird wiring setup on the VFC.

That's cool but how are you running the wires from the gearbox to the stock? The adapter you've got doesn't fit wires through it.

That stuff looks good. Let me know how you get on with that trigger. I can't find any aftermarket triggers that are long enough and the stock one is a terrible shape. Also interested in how you're getting the battery and wiring into the stock?

Oh yeah don't get me wrong if I was in the US I'd rather take the pistol brace rather than the ridiculous tax stamp and wait time that comes with a registered SBR. They look like shit though so I don't get why someone would choose that look when they don't have to. To each their own I guess.
