    Not everyone has tonnes of money to shell out on their hobby. certainly not me anyway. If i could improve the performance of my AEG by buying some relatively inexpensive parts and fitting them as time and money permits then what's the issue? As long as your happy with what you're doing, what you have and you still get enjoyment from playing with it then that's just fine. opinions are like bumholes. everyone has one

      They aren't the best Mags in the world, but the Nuprol midcaps worked ok in my old CM16. The ones where you can switch the capacity from 30-140 rounds. I got rid though because they didn't feel well made.

      You can get them cheaper in smaller quantities from select retailers, they work great and perfect in my G&G.

    Anyone know if combat machine colours are moulded into the plastic? Planning on stripping back to the original colour

      best way is to strip it and soak in Fairy Power spray - easiest is a touch up with paint tape. I've got Zero One Green off a Raider's RIS but it was a pain coz it was boated on. gave up on crane stock

      TBH - it is a £100 gun or so - don't go too nutz on it unless you are sad OCD like moi. Touch it up, it will scratch but wtf it is still just a G&G 2-tone unless you go nutz

      Some paint will come off easy like Airsoft World snake skin but Z1 is a bastid. Be a bloke, try not to worry about the look or colour like a tart & worry about how well the gun & yourself shoots

    Postie dropped off my Kombat UK molle belt today. Figured itd be worth a punt for the sake of £15 from Ebay. First impressions look good so far. Seems well made for the price, padded on the inside with the breathable mesh material and belt with plenty of adjustment for my fat arse lol. Will see how it holds up on its first skirmish later this week when its weighed down with the gear i use.
