Looking for a more DMR style stock. Would a fixed stock fit on MWS or do need different buffer tube and recoil spring set? Moe carbine fixed stock https://www.powair6.com/en/stock/12793-magpul-moe-fixed-carbine-stock-mil-spec-de.html Moe rilfe fixed stock https://www.opticsplanet.com/v/mag404-fde-magpul-industries-moe-rifle-stock.html I like the rifle one better if I can fit it. Thanks for any advice.

What parts would I need to replace to use this as a DMR with around 450 FPS? I was thinking HPA tap the mags as some point as well. Thanks.

Don't use the magpul bad lever as its hits the upper and starts marking it 😐 I did sand the back of bad lever lots but still making contact. I could put a small patch/sticker or clear screen to give some protection behind bad lever -
I know the guns going get marked and scratches over time, but adding scratches myself dont feel good on £500 gun lol.

Oh well **** happens lol

Thank you, yeah had I known I would need to grind down the rail, I might of saved a little more 🤣🤣😅. Oh well, I do like the rail I got so it do for now and in a few months get longer version.

I am assuming the more expensive HAO m-lok rail dont need filing down by the front takedown pin area so the upper can open without hittting the rail? https://www.haoptwart.com/product-page/hao-mk16-m-lok-handguard I bought cheaper one from JK army but when I get a longer rail for my dmr build I don't really want to spend lots to have damaged it like my cheaper £40 one lol. https://shop.jkarmy.com/mf-mk8-style-m-lok-rail-7-9-13-inch-for-aeg-mws-ghk-multi-nut-spec-bk-od.html

Okay I got the rail on now but I had to file down area where the front take down pin makes contact and the area where the pin goes passed the anti rotation screw block or I could not connect the upper and lower together. Now I did try with my 7inch inner barrel but the fps was bit low with .25 from 200 to 236 FPS on 134a gas so i will wait till I get hpa so I can bump up the PSI aa little. So I added the stock inner barrel back and used extention barrel bit for now but I think the stock outer barrel would be shorter so I will change it again later.

Just got mym-lok rail from JK army and the one thing I am worried about is the rail anti rotation grub screws (correct name?) are metal and not nylon. I take I should not use the anti rotation grub screws until I can replace them with nylon ones so I don't mark the body of the gun? Does anyone know the size I would need ? Thank you for any help.
