Specna Arms SA V26 (SPE-01-013242) Metal. It's a very old gun it does work as it's only been used few times however due to age it probably needs servicing or for parts, I'm open to offers. This gun is in used condition, It only been used around 5-10 times however purchased in 2017 sitting in a box for a long time. Batteries included however they are probably need replacing. Bolt catch is broken as seen on the 4th photo, and there are some scratches and discolorations as it wasn't used for few years. Box is not in a good condition. 350FPS when new can't verify FPS now. Gun, 2 batteries, charger 2 magazines and a sling are included. Collection from Borehamwood or Watford Video of testing a gun without mag. https://youtube.com/shorts/b9FEru1NLDI

If customs was as careful as they probably should be, then you might be in trouble if you send it to another address. However, customs will probably just hold it and send you a letter asking for info. Or, they may be lazy, see the UKARA # on the package, and let it through (likely what happened in Lozart's case).

Customs check every single UKARA number, they don't f*ck about at all. However, all they're interested in is it being valid and the name matching.

Source is a conversation with a guy at the postal seizure unit with border force after they held my TM M4 for 2 months a couple of years back.

  7. bollocks any law can be challenged even the simplest, and if you did study law you very often would analyse cases like the famous Donoghue v Stevenson, when suddenly you realize there is a flaw, I still don't have a clue what is and isn't a defense for me to manufacture RIF do I go on skirmishes once or every week ? You are not allowed to make RIF from IF, my green paint just came off, what do I do. Selling is crime but owning is fine... my dealer will not be happy about it. I'm more than happy to sit here quiet and wait for something horrible to happen (getting shot in the eye case, I suspect by a teenager) following by debate to ban airsoft since kids can own one, and if serious accident will happen it will be too late to change law then.
  8. He called me average airsofter, I'll take it as a compliment ;-)
  9. I was surprises about some of the cases, I remember there was one about pregnant woman who saw motorbike crash and had miscarriage, then she sued dead motorcyclist for damages under duty of care and she won. So can I sell my £200 mag with a free RIF gift ?
  10. So if I had two tone but paint came off, is this manufacturing ? Or absolutely legal. And you can't sell to under 18, but gift is fine. Mack: but it's illegal for them to sell me one so how can I buy one If its illegal to sell cigarets is it legal to buy them? No! This law have more holes then me after attending skirmish with Mack And its good they included people who would own RIF before new law, but they should just add exception or circumstances, this would hopefully prevent so many loopholes and confusion.
  11. How is that legal if law stops you from buying one. Its you who hold defence to buy which makes it legal but if you don't have defence it's still legal to poses one
  12. Well that's great new, I can buy RIF abroad and have it shipped to UK since it's perfectly legal to own one
  13. You are right about customs, but then you can have long debate about seizure of legal and illegal knifes by customs And from the link, 1.The defence for airsoft skirmishing can apply to individual players because their purchase of realistic imitation firearms for this purpose is considered part of the holding of a skirmishing event. What if I hold UKARA have RIF but don't participate in the events, When defence stop or start being defence?
  14. UKARA is not form of defence, they established them self as a defence but according to VCRA its about regular use not about being registered with UKARA, just because your gun was purchased through UKARA shop it doesn't mean that your defence cannot be challenged in court I did touch law when I was in uni and this would be a perfect scenario for debate
  15. Without defence it is illegal, and here is the problem, I understand having museum, films and theater on the list, you have a justified reason that can be proven with document etc. When VCRA was introduced Airsoft skirmishes were not included on the list, this was later added by secretary of state. There should be separate section for Use of RIF for skirmishes. I know UKARA was adapted by shops as a valid defence, but there is nothing about UKARA in the VCRA so in theory you can visit shop with the letter from your local insured site saying you attend skirmishes regularly and therefore you have defence to buy RIF. Gifting of RIF should be made illegal as well, If its ok to gift then I can open a shop and sell magazine for £200 with a free gift of RIF
  16. and I was talking about owning not buying.
  17. This complicate things even more, They need to define "regular" so someone hold UKARA and didn't attend any skirmishes for the past 11 months so he poses RIF illegally since he did not attend any activity which would grand him defence from prosecution. Scenario 2 You visit site regular pay in cash and there is no record no witness that you have attended any of them, therefore you poses RIF illegally if you unable to prove otherwise.
  18. You are not allowed to own RIF except for having a defense such us filming movies etc or by UKARA. I would not risk painting my gun without having UKARA even if you only use it for Skirmishes, how can it be established that you have defense without proof, one for example being UKARA. The whole law around RIF is poorly written and should be revised.
  19. I got new (used) Aimtop body to replace my cm16 green polymer one, once swapped I noticed my G&G high capacity mag won't even go in magwell, it get stuck like the mag is too wide by 1-2mm. I have contacted seller and he previously used G&G mags with this receiver, will test G&P one today, anyone had similar issue? I noticed on different forum thath someone was selling few mags and on pic G&G one looked slightly wider.
  20. Wait for the mk2 version, its coming soon, it's personal decision, I will be going for CRB can't imagine running indoor with SPR
  21. Already looking forward to do Hazard perception exam on Airsoft
  22. Yes the point is for the gun not to look real I think tape would achieve thath and it's linked to VCRA but if you compare crime involving RIF and the one with knife, yet you can easily buy knife when 18. You need to renew UKARA every year, I was playing nice with my RIF for one year but then I might decide to rob a bank? Well no need to renew, I already have RIF for the bank job
  23. Well just thin colorful tape or metal wire wrapped in plastic around gun thath you can take off after 3rd game, something like they have at the back of trucks so they know no one have opened the trailer, problem is to stop people cutting them early but same can be said about two tone it can be painted black or components replaced, I noticed 1 shop is doing veneer wrapping
