It could be a case of a farrari engine in a Hyundai. Whilst the motor may give you all the performance u want and rest of the gun just can't take it on semi for what ever reason. Is a bit odd that it's on semi and not full auto. Have u tried other mags? Is the hop unit lined up correctly? On full auto the constant stream of bbs may force each other past but on single shot they are get caught. To b honest I am guessing. Cyma m4s arnt the best, change the mag and the hop unit. Won't cost a lot but worth a go.

Just for shits ....... What do u think it would be worth as a spares package just befor he spends money on it. As a fully working it may only be worth approx £100. If it cost £30-40 for a tech to fix it might not b worth it for him. That being said it may cost £5.

Not at all. Already told him (pm) am not interested in a working package so he is goin to get it checked again by his tech if it can't be fixed I will take it as a spares package. We are now all debating what we think is wrong, hopefully he will let us all know what it was. So..... Would anyone like a guess as to what it is. One guess per person. Closest guess gets bragging rights. If he does get it fixed it would make a great starter package for someone. And as am taking 20 noobs to play on the 23 rd am sure I will know someone.

Like he said a tech did all the work. So let's, for a second, assume that the tech isn't a total spoon. Don't u think he would have tried the "simple" fixes. Just sticking a stiffer spring in is either goin to completely destroy what working parts are left or mask an underlying problem which will piss off buyer.

I don't think it would be that easy. Gearbox has been played with, rings replaced could do more harm than good putting a stiffer Spring in it. Splitting would probably mean he/she gets more than what they would for it as a package.

Don't know if he'd be interested but I would take the mags, battery and charger if sacarathe was interested in the gun. That way it's all gone.
