  1. well, for a noobie, you went and got some pretty decent gear. I get the whole, private operator feel from the loadout.

    The angry thread!

Yeah I loved how they said "we have a console suitable for people who want to play offline, its called the xbox 360" I guess they knew the Xbone was going to flop ahead of time as they went ahead and redesigned the xbox 360 anyway. Well, if any one needs advice on building a Gaming PC. Just holla at me. PC Master race checking out

  3. Disappointingly I have to start this thread by admitting I am an utter noob (other then some paintball experience which I'm sure you guys would say doesn't even count lol). In fact I'm so new and fresh I don't even have a UKARA or even a two-tone. Nil gun porn on this thread to offer at this stage but I can promise a Tokyo Marui Scar Heavy coming in the next few weeks as my Mrs has put up the money already so we are going to Wolf Armouries not far from us on Tuesday (my birthday) to put the money down despite them not having stock till mid July. I have chosen that shop as I can do the buy/rent scheme in order to for fill the UKARA requirements over the next couple of months. In the mean time I have been getting other bits and bobs since Christmas last year. I pretty much just require my scar and hard kick deagle and I'm ready to go. My loadout is pretty much black with hints of red and designed to look more casual rather then serious professional. I much prefer this casual look seen in perhaps the main character of the film LOCKOUT, then all out 'operator' like call of duty. I think it suits me better personally even though I know in terms of being spotted camo is much better (but I do intend on playing indoor CQB 95% of the time eg; the mall, bunker 51, etc). Right, enough chat, from the bottom to the top, lets get to it... Boots - had a fair few of these in my time (not for airsoft/paintball) and have experimented with many types/brands. For sheer quality and hard wearing id say doc martins can not be faulted but for comfort Id say probably the magnums were best. I wanted something a bit different from the norm so stumbled into these NIKE ACG boots. Incredibly hard wearing and ridiculously comfy not to mention extremely light (considering design and build quality). The sole is actually so flexible you can fold the boot in half like a flip flop. Also, being a bit of a trainer collector, I am a true sucker for an air bubble lol. These do come in full black, but I found out there was a very limited edition one in black and red... it seemed like fate. £120 later after an ebay search these were on the way to my house. Inside the boots I have gotten Nike padded football boots. I wear arsenal ones at the weekend for kick-abouts in the park with my son and found them perfect for keeping heat down and comfortability so got a black pair to do the job. If any of you have worn these in a football boot (no where near as comfy as say a trainer) you will know what I mean. Christmas came, and the mrs had been spying on my ebay watching list so was able to get me a good few bits as gifts. Crye style trousers with knee pads built in, Viper utility bag, magpuls for 7.62 mags, quick mag pouches (only china made/reps) tinted goggles, standard glasses, and mechanix tactical gloves. As you can imagine I was a very happy man on Christmas morning. It was like being 12 again lol Next up not too long ago I picked up a molle belt as I do not intend on using rigs or vests at all. With regards to the belt I have for the trousers, its a typical normal casual belt but I wanted a clip on buckle with a difference that would fit into my overall concept so when I saw this it just had to be mine. Not tactical in the slightest but cool I think yes... When it comes to shirts, originally as you could see in the first photo im wearing a standard primark value black vest however, after seeing Fast and Furious 6 I saw the Under Armour dri fit tee The Rock was wearing and I thought I gotta have me some of that. UA tees are readily available anywhere but I could only find ones with a white logo which looks a bit crap with the load out concept I had in mind. The Rock's one is black logo on black tee which looks puckka but couldn't find it in any shops but once again was rescued by the bay. I don't have any pics of me in the top yet, so you will just have to do with a pic of the rock instead for now lol... Just couple of days ago, got this Casio Gshock watch for my birthday also. I have had several Gshocks in the past but this is by far my favourite. Its military inspired so has that usual build quality but stealthy matte black look to it. My favourite feature is that you can activate the light just by looking at it so you don't have to take you hard off the trigger to press any buttons.

  4. I never really bother with elbow pads, I always find my self spending more time adjusting them then doing anything else. The helmet might be a good idea. or maybe a full facepaintball mask that goes all around the head. Getting teeth shot out has happened a fair amount to players. But usually I just keep my lips sealed tighter than the asshole of a con in the showers. On a side note, if you play bunker 51, you may see me at some point. Looking to start going there this year as I want an excuse to get some use out of my pistol.

  5. looks grand(better than mine tbh) would reccommend looking at something to protect your mouth as getting your teeth shot out isnt nice i hear, despite face protection not really fitting with the look you are aiming for... (specially in cqb where your usually getting near full force....)

  6. Looks solid mate! In making it casual, you've made what wouldn't look out of place as a PMC loadout, or one of those Bond henchmen lookalikes. As Sheriff said you've got yourself a decent set up but as you're playing CQB I'd reccomend some elbow pads to save your elbows from cuts and scrapes in the t shirt, as well as a helmet of some type. Even if its a cheap knock of MICH 200 as it'll offer some protection if you bump your head and stop the stinging of a close range headshot.

  7. Casio GA-100-1A1ER military inspired watch. Not too reflective, incredibly durable and has pretty cool feature which means you can get the light to come on just by looking at it Birthday present from my mum of all people

  8. No need to pretend it looks like a Sphera, the Russians do have a variant of the m88,I forget what it's called though. It can fit in fine,Russian soldiers use whatever they get their hands on. I bought a Ukranian army belt in Coyote brown, for about 5€,or 50 Grivna. Thinking of changing my loadout to Ukranian special forces, which isn't hard, all I need to a Ukraine flag patch for my BDU.
