    Is the FAMAS still being produced? Its been at least 34 years since Tokyo Marui brought it out (I remember as Dad brought me one back from Japan for my birthday) and if they are still making it I guess the SCAR will be safe :). Although must of had a new mould by now right?

    The issue for many isn't his feedback, its his usually absurd claims on what he's selling versus versus RRP, many of which have been disproven. Plus almost everything he sells he claims is new, but isn't prepared to offer any warranty. & if he's only taking f&f or bank transfer, that's a massive 🚩 if you end up with a 🍋.

    Fully working, averaging ~300fps with .2g ammo. Includes 2 mags, 1500mah 8.4v Nimh, Nimh charger and tamiya to mini tamiya adapter, battery frayed but underlying plastic sheath intact. Holds a charge but not tested to see how long. Ran 3 mags through without issue. Some scratches but overall good condition, rear flip up site permanently up and I'm not sure how to fix. Good little starter setup, open to reasonable offers, collection preferred but willing to get a shipping quote.

    Comes as seen. The 762C doesnt have the original BPW muzzle but the one attached screws on and secures fine, its slightly cheaper due to that. Can get more photos/videos if wanted!     Wasn't there another thread on here were it was posted that bio bbs only break down under certain conditions, eg high temperatures, which rarely happen? Iirc the consensus was that biodegradable is abit misleading and compostable would be a better description Edit: found it

    It's not surprising really. The program it was originally designed for was cancelled by SOCOM and most of their sales were relatively small numbers to special units. I don't think it will have any effect of availability of airsoft SCAR replicas

    The JG is a TM clone (same as the Cyma) so as far as internals go, standard hop rubber should fit fine but be aware that ones with a longer feed lip (like the Maple Leaf ones) may protrude into the feed tube a bit. As for barrels, just make sure it has both sets of grooves in the side of the barrel, the hop unit clip goes in a different place than on an M4. ZCI ones will work, or if you want to spunk a bunch more cash, Prometheus do an M14 specific one. You're looking for something around 420mm length. Worth mentioning though that if the cylinder is the same sort of size as a TM or Cyma, changing to a tighter bore will push your FPS up a not inconsiderable amount!

    Not that I think this will last long without the Rule 5 picture but it's rather optmistic pricing. 8 mags would be around £400 at retail, without the mod being done. The seller hasn't specified the generation of Glock 17. Does the seller think he's being generous by offering to include the original furniture when he's charging above retail for what I assume is the M4 CQBR as the base?

    I don't know how bad the bucking problems are with that gun but if it's being used for cqb then the short engagement range means there's a high chance they might not be an issue at all

    To be fair, with adapters, i've always got on just fine with the Aliexpress ones. They tend to last about 3 yrs before the rubber gaskets go, but are super cheap....

    Beware that the G&G has a slightly larger (or smaller, I forgot...) dovetail, so some rails won't fit great. For example, the Airsoft Artisan LEI rail sits higher than it should BUT clamps down fine anyway
