Gen 3, using Nuprol 2.0 with the metal nozzle. Stock except BavTac 140% return nozzle springs Yeah, first time running it since I got it 4 odd months ago

Finished setting up my first plate carrier now I've lost enough weight that it doesn't make me look like a string of sausages. Carrier itself is just an 8 fields one that will eventually be superceded but all the mag pouches are surplus. Digi flora one can fit two ak mags each or one of my rpk midcaps depending on what I want to run. Mag pouches on the cumberbund add an extra 4 mag spaces without taking up my range of movement in my arms. 74u is the ubiquitous cyma cm.045

Check which generation mags they are (assuming they're tm stanags). The ones I had (generation 3) were picky about which gas nozzle I could load from, plastic worked but certain metal ones didn't. Is the MWS stock? Is it brand new?

Other than the poonami colour, the stubby little m904 got an extension! Need to check it on my chrono and repaint it in Q colours but I like that. The foregrip is hideous though 🤢

Would not recommend the silicon oil soak. The o-rings in VFC guns are nitrile, silicon oil doesn't inflate them or anything like that. Has no benefit. May just need to tighten the output valve slightly, or grease (not oil) the inner o-rings so they sit a bit better. Wouldn't recommend oiled gas either, it gets sprayed all over your hop rubber.

For the sake of clarity, can you confirm which gun you are talking about? Are you talking about the TM 416 DEVGRU NGRS or another RIF that has DEVGRU in its name? One troubleshooting tip is checking the compression in your cylinder - if you put your thumb over the nozzle while pressing the piston into the cylinder, a sign of good compression is that you will eventually get resistance against pushing the piston. If you get no resistance and you piston goes all the way down despite your thumb being in place over the nozzle, you've likely got a compromised seal, which would explain why your muzzle energy is much lower than expected with an M100 spring. Your piston head and/or its O-rings may be the culprit is your compression is poor.

Ran my MWS first time today and every mag about half way through started acting like it was out of gas, yet the mag still had gas in it as after a while it was useable again. Any ideas on where to start to diagnose the issue? None of the mags leak so already ruled that out

If you used it at an indoor site it presumably was chromo'd and deemed to be ok so put 328fps. Might want to ask. mod to tidy this thread up for you too.
