1.5mm hex key for the NPAS. It'll probably benefit from heavier BBs than .25s as well
-
What's the ranking?

The link I edited onto my post has a 0.44L bottle essentially stuck into the box mag which was cut up, with a line running out of said bottle. It looks atrocious but definitely would mitigate the risk of snagging. Although my next concern would be the weight of the bottle pulling on the magazine tabs 🤔 The same chap has fitted a bottle into a nut sack mag and it hides the bottle completely

not sure what you are referring to, but i was wondering if the small HPA bottles would fit into one of the box mags to convert it to HPA. with the issues of finding appropriate CO2 capsules for the CO2 box mag, and the significant amount of green gas the regular tank swallows, im becoming more and more convinced that HPA is way to go, but i am dubious about running a full size HPA tank and external line for the same reasons @Austeyr mentioned (snagging). its for this reason alone that i dont own more HPA guns and no longer run my Tippmann M4 as often as i used to. I am also debating whether to keep using the casette mags once i do convert it to HPA, seeing as i have 12 spare cassette mags, or do the AEG box mag conversion.

I don't recall where but I saw a guy had HPA'd one and had the bottle inside of (I assume custom made?) box mag and was using the top loading magazines. I quite like the idea of that, as I'm very tempted to get the VFC to run on HPA but also don't want to have to worry about a hose sticking out, I get stuck on anything poking out as it is... Anybody know what I'm on about and can remind me where I saw it? 😂 Edit: I found it! https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1Z8KFRg89r/

Hopefully this fits into the what have you/I made section.... I live in a rented house and have wanted a nicer way to display pews than the usual scattered around the house option without drilling holes in the walls etc. Spent many an hour googling and procrastinating about the best way to go. Eventually decided to settle on the Ikea Skadis peg board as that seems fairly popular. A quick trip, that sadly wasn't, as the missus came and dragged me round the entire f*cking place and eventually we ended up in the hardware section. Quickly realised the boards have rounded corners so that they would need trimming down to get rid of that. So got the biggest boards in white with the intention of paint/wrap/netting to cover it up. Found some conveniently size ply board at work, cleaned that up and set about cutting the boards down to suit. Found some ally spacers that would lift the pegboard away from the ply and bolted it up nicely. Seen some reports of sagging or bowing so hoping the 9x bolts per panel will sort that. Absolutely rubbish at DIY, but quite happy how the turned out. Currently un-coloured and hoping to get some kind of case/drawers/kallax to lift it of the floor to give some storage space underneath. Only a small selection of Pews, ones in bits, the AEGS are somewhere in the house....

I haven't even got one 😭 I'll probably have to do the same 😕

Weathers going to start getting colder so I picked up a cyma grach aep to keep the russian larp going into the autumn/winter. Ran three mags through it and it's definitely a fun little piece and seems worth the cheap price tag.

The 'How Did Your Airsoft Day Go? Thread
Gunboat Diplomat replied to Skara's topic in General Discussion
I’ve just jettisoned a load of money on a new Double Eagle MK18, a HPA conversion for a boneyard M4 and a shed load of knock off gear from AliExpress, plus my son finally got a day to use his freshly built AAP-01 carbine so thought this one was worth a write up. Went to my local (and by local I mean walking distance) site Army of Airsoft. It bills itself as a CQB site, but in reality it’s a bit more flexible than that. Think urban ops in a small war torn town. Always a good mix of gameplay on offer, they’ve recently added pre-recorded next game instructions in the staging area, meaning less faff when you go out for the next match. This months miracle allowance was clearly used up as all the guns we brought along worked almost flawlessly all day, most miraculously of all the HPA gun which I’d barely finished building the night before with no time for any real testing or setup. I set off knowing nozzle alignment was far from perfect, but the Inferno Gen2 seems forgiving as it was still shooting straight. I expect with some fine tuning it will be even better. Some highlights of the day… Got shot in the nose = open wound. Common occurrence for me these days. Size of nose is the issue I think… Later shot in the face with a shotgun. Nose felt funny again. Prodded it. Some BBs fell out. Size of nose is still an issue I think… HPA gun performed like a champ all day. Son then claimed it for the rest of the day and had a jolly good wheeze cheesing through ammo. The thrill of one-shotting dudes with the MK18 and making the limited ammo count last a match. Surprising brilliance of my son’s custom AAP01. Rifle like range and accuracy out of a featherweight setup. Lunch - brilliant stew served with crusty bread and enough to go round for a second helping. Torrential rain in the afternoon reduced us to a tense 4v4 finish. -
