    For sale is this hard-to-find Scar-L AEG with EGLM. The brand is STAR, which was later acquired by Ares. I bought it for my collection and have hardly fired it, hence it is in excellent condition. Metal gearbox and upper receiver. The EGLM tube is metal, while the rest is polymer. NB: The inner rod of the charging handle was broken. I glued it together with JB Weld (see pics). It can slide up and down now. Since it’s a mock charging handle which doesn’t cock like a real one, this does not affect the function of this AEG. The original hop-up rubber was damaged, which caused occasional misfeeds and inconsistent FPS. I’ve replaced it with a new one, and it now feeds well, shooting at around 320 FPS. It comes with the original box and 2 x mags.     I have no comparison of bio BB vs non-bio BB, but the main factor that matters is consistency in each BB Nice round balls manufactured to a consistent size, that do not have nasty mould seams to affect their balance will fly like all the other ones in the batch Good manufacturing complete with quality control will do that, and as long as the bio materials are not being affected by their storage environment then they will be fine The experience with any BB will be dependant on its match / suitability for the set up of the RIF

    Another new member (Dutch) but not another noob: due to health issues I had to make cuts and two years ago I decided to sell my airsoft collection. I regretted that step but life sometimes stinks. I hoped to return one day. That day has come. Happy days. Dutch airgun forums meanwhile are dead, sad... Being an avid airgunner I have been involved is the UK scene quite a few years now and learned to appreciated the UK spirit, every man needs a shed (to tinker), and visited several HFT weekends in the UK from north to south. Airsoftwise I prefer pistols and am interested in Tokyo Marui. Two weeks ago I started collecting again, sold a couple of airguns, went to my local RFD for a TM hi-capa and a 1911 railgun and ordered 2 springers and a GBB 92 in Germany as well as a Taiwanese GBB Desert Eagle in Poland, which kicks like a mule and is quite a lot to behold. I can't skirm, only collect and do paper target shooting, nevertheless I hope I can learn a lot onhere and maybe contribute as well.

    For sale is this G&G M14 AEG featuring real wood. It’s locked to semi-auto for the DMR role. The woodwork is beautiful, and the upper handguard is made of polymer, just like the real M14. Chrono at 378 FPS. The previous owner reported that if you pull the trigger in very quick succession, the motor might not fire. I tried it with normal succession without any issue (can send you a video). It’s a DMR, not a machine gun. Why do you need to shower your enemies with rapid fire? 😉 It comes with the scope mount and a Hawke Vantage 3-9×50 scope. I noticed that when zoomed in, the lens doesn’t focus properly.     Exactly that. I've never noticed any difference in performance between the two and never had any problems with them. Quite simply the idea of bio bbs being bad isn't true anymore and needs to be confined to history along with chronoing on .2s
