Supporters Matt! Posted September 15, 2011 Supporters Posted September 15, 2011 am i correct in thinking that 200mph = ~300fps? the guy goes "normal people wouldn't be able to see it coming towards them" Clearly not played airsoft then?
Cyrax Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Also i do wonder how much is the other guy, by which i mean where does he aim, and how accurate the airsoft gun is. Is it a case of the shooter aiming at a specific, rehearsed location with a highly accurate weapon, and the swordsman swinging at a rehearsed height, after a set, rehearsed time? Probably not, just curious.
Nickona Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 ha, easy! lol no that was insane but did you notice the black backing
Wølf Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 He forgot eye protection, should have notified a marshall
Nickona Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 haha! very good! but why eye protection when you have those skills
Supporters Flynn567 Posted September 16, 2011 Supporters Posted September 16, 2011 200 miles per hour = 293.333333 feet per second Seeing it coming is one thing but having the reflexis to cut it in half with a katana NICE
Supporters M_P Posted September 16, 2011 Author Supporters Posted September 16, 2011 I'm still confident I could do it When you can unicycle backwards you realise you can do anything, just practice over and over and over.
Nickona Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 haha well why don't you find a camera and a kantana
G-Force Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I do that all the time in airsoft! Why do you think I never get hit? Vageuly on topic - I acctually have four katanas
Nickona Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 okay, if you had a rubber one it would be great for a skirmish
Supporters M_P Posted September 16, 2011 Author Supporters Posted September 16, 2011 Good, who has a camera I can borrow..... and a dressing gown
Nickona Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 mine shoots at 1080i 60fpd but i doubt thats fast enough, and i wear hoodies
Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted September 17, 2011 Supporters Posted September 17, 2011 Vageuly on topic - I acctually have four katanas Actual Katanas? Like, the ones you need a special permit to carry, the full length ones that cost over £300 and you have to have mad skills to use to so as to avoid slicing your thumb off when you draw it? Or fiberglass coated, blunted Katanas like the ones I got 3 of for £35 lol. I have a mate that does this sword based martial art where you use real Katanas and he's damn good, but even he daren't get a real one for fear of massively injuring himself.
