Supporters Matt! Posted July 24, 2011 Supporters Posted July 24, 2011 believe people have shopped there before, you should be ok.
Nex Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 There is a search feature on this site. There are 4 other threads already on this topic. http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=4385 http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=4241 http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=3160 http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=4013 I stayed silent for the last couple but it seems that every week someone asks the same question.
TK85 Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I've used this shop before, the communication is good, they're postage times are accurate (generally up to 14 days) and bar pricey international postage the prices are much better than any European shop. hope this helps
baldyfish Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I bought a 2x red dot scope from them, speedy delivery (came all the way from china), but the scope was all wrong, the part where the you put it on the 20mm rails was wrong and basically made the scope "upside down", but that's probably my fault for going for the £35 one. and it then broke the next day!
craig Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 i like them since its a good range of kit its were i get my boots for work as well
lemon191 Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 got a tac vest and some acu camos and they are all pretty good quality for the price and they took 10 days to come so not bad considering where they came from
sarni307 Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 they are good i used them for a small order and couldnt be happier
Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted August 13, 2011 Supporters Posted August 13, 2011 I bought my mesh goggles from them for about £6, there were no import taxes or anything and I haven't found cheaper eye protection anywhere in the UK yet, apart from if you steal your school's acid proof science goggles lol. They are kinda starting to fall apart now though, after only 3 skirmishes, but it's the strap that bust, not the bit that stops my eyeballs exploding, so it's all good lol.
sonic Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 My friend bought a scope from there and was charged 22.00 import tax. be warned.
Supporters M_P Posted August 13, 2011 Supporters Posted August 13, 2011 Yes but tbh, when ordering from abroad you should expect the taxes etc
sonic Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 He did, but i just want everyone to know what to look out for.
ryo Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 yer iv used the quite alot and always bin happy with what i got
masadanator Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 My friend bought a scope from there and was charged 22.00 import tax. be warned. thats called postage at its added on when you scroll down and select the country
lemon191 Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 thats called postage at its added on when you scroll down and select the country no its tax that you may have to pay to hm customs to bring the item to the country, its nothing to do with postage costs or the sender. its anything valued £18 or more i believe?
masadanator Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 woops double post so why then in the 30+ orders from abroad have had no added cost other than the price of the stuff and the postage cost and the postage that airsoft club offer include tax as ive order from the 5 times and have had NO extra fee
airsoftollie Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 nice site but expensive postage as it is in honkong
Supporters M_P Posted September 14, 2011 Supporters Posted September 14, 2011 Masadanator, that can't be right, anything over roughly £20 and you have to pay customs charges (tax)
lemon191 Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 possibly because they put a different value on on the parcel than what you paid, they did on mine
masadanator Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 Masadanator, that can't be right, anything over roughly £20 and you have to pay customs charges (tax) well the most ive paid for an order is over 100 quid and i did not get charged extra
