Mad Rag
Is it meant to be this colours. It was red now like a red and blue together
Supporters Adolf Hamster Posted February 15, 2019 Supporters Share Posted February 15, 2019 for that type of charger the led should transition from red to blue, and from memory it charges one cell at a time (ie the led's should change 1 at a time) however, my caveat for this is i had the exact same charger and it killed one of my LiFe batteries when one of the charging circuits died after about 6 months use (so it was only charging 2 out of 3 cells), and i've heard of about half a dozen other instances on here of folk having the exact same issues, so i would advise you consider ditching it for a proper charger like the much reccommended imax B6
Mad Rag
Cell 2 and 3 are alternating with the colours @Adolf Hamster
Slamz
There's something wrong with it and/or the battery if they're alternating. For a 2 cell battery they should be red-red-blue when charging, then change to red-red-red when both cells are full.
Supporters Adolf Hamster Posted February 20, 2019 Supporters Share Posted February 20, 2019 hmm, if they're alternating that doesn't sound promising. if it were me i'd hook the battery up to a checker and see what it's coming out at, there may be hope if it's the charger has just decided to give up. Supporters Druid799 Posted February 21, 2019 Supporters Share Posted February 21, 2019 As others always say bin it and get a ‘proper’ charger .
