Mitchell Gee Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Hi there, i am looking at getting this http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/...t&id=KAMB06, so i want something to fill up the "lower level" part, i decided a PEQ box, but i dont know what a good one is... i dont want it to be too expensive... is this any good http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/...mp;id=PEQ16BKTM and how do the battery boxes work... as i dont realy get how your meant to connect them, on the other hand just getting a laser/torch box is what i would prefer... will this do that job ok? http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/...amp;id=FFF00073 (i am guessing you can put this on a rail, or do i need a mount for it) just i want that rail to fit a cool ACOG on, and it looked unique, so i just wanted to fill up the front of the rail...

Supporters Nutster Posted May 3, 2011 Supporters Posted May 3, 2011 Nope, you can remove the rail mount from the acog, the acog then sits in the 'channel' on the carry handle, then using one of the screws from the rail mount you can screw the acog to the carry handle, much like this

Supporters Nutster Posted May 4, 2011 Supporters Posted May 4, 2011 If your getting a 4x acog the front site won't be a problem, when mounted straight to the upper receiver the acog is close enough to the front sight that it doesn't impose on the view, see below Taken with acog mounted to upper receiver, and as mentioned you can't see the front sight
Tristan Orr Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 I really don't see the point in ACOG scopes, my main site isn't that big so there is really no need, plus you can't shot as far as you can see Is it just looks or do you use them?

G-Force Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 I use an ACOG sometimes and their really useful for spotting especially in milsims but for aiming your better off with a holosight due to range ect..
