September 19, 201113 yr love then except for the paint job on the scar-L, I really hate digi, but still nice guns. Love the M14
September 19, 201113 yr love then except for the paint job on the scar-L,I really hate digi, but still nice guns. Love the M14 Thanks, I'm not too keen on the Scar's paint job either but I'll soon fix that with some OD and black :] The M14 is my first AEG, and I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. Maybe. Though the WE M14's look incredible.
September 19, 201113 yr Mr Farmer, pretty guns. I'm still happy with the service i received from you with my 416! oh and the M14....looking......SEXXXYYY!!! (The M14 btw, not you unfortunately)
September 19, 201113 yr Eurgh, I'm not happy at all with the paintjob on your 416 but if you like it I guess I can't complain too much...
September 19, 201113 yr Supporters I had Butler Creek ones, but they split at the hinge on both. What FPS are your guns shooting at?
September 19, 201113 yr a high one. and james, it doesnt bother me too much, i dont tend to concentrate on the colour of the gun as long as it isnt tan or green/orange/blue/clear etc lol
September 19, 201113 yr The M40 can go anywhere between 800 and 200, dependant on weather and gas while the M14 and the Scar are running at around 330. Though I'm thinking about upping the M14 to 425 and locking it to semi
September 19, 201113 yr Author Supporters I love the m40, m14 is nice too, though I'm not keen on the eotech. Scar would indeed look better in black with OD upper and cheek rest
September 19, 201113 yr I love the m40, m14 is nice too, though I'm not keen on the eotech.Scar would indeed look better in black with OD upper and cheek rest That's what I was going to go for Might do something similar with my M4 too. I don't know why, but I've always had a thing for M14's with EOtechs...
September 19, 201113 yr That's why he should be studying instead of hanging around on an airsoft forum
September 19, 201113 yr Author Supporters Haha, sometimes I wish I did a levels over ib, its just so much effort
September 19, 201113 yr Supporters Make it three. Should be studying too.. but the computer's too distracting, especially with airsoft on it..
September 19, 201113 yr There's just so many distracting sites around... Too little self control.. can't stop.... airsoft...
September 19, 201113 yr Supporters I've been doing this biology for about 4 hours.. done one page so far. And to keep kinda on topic, any ideas how I can get rid of my horrible shiny black plastic on my L96? Also, colour suggestions are nice, fancy a change
September 19, 201113 yr Author Supporters If I'm honest I prefer two tone green l96's to black ones i think black is too dull and a bit boring
September 19, 201113 yr Supporters I was thinking OD. Now, any tips on painting it? Apart from the obvious like disassemble, cover parts you don't want painted up, etc?
September 19, 201113 yr Krylon. That's pretty much it. I don't do anything to my rifles apart from rub them down with a lint free soft cloth - to make sure there's no loose particles. I think they come out pretty well. Oh and there's the biggest tip. Patience. That goes miles.
September 19, 201113 yr Author Supporters Sand it slightly to rough up the surfaces you want to spray
September 19, 201113 yr Yeah, forgot to mention that with spray paints that aren't krylon you'll need to sand the surfaces first.
