Supporters Rogerborg Posted October 2, 2017 Supporters Share Posted October 2, 2017 Curiously, none of my local airsoft or guns-and-tackle shops stock .209 shotshell primers, and my local site is out of them as well (problems with their supplier, sinister music plays), so I might have to buy by post. Land Warrior: £8 a box + £6 postage. JD Airsoft: £6 a box + £10 postage Anyone know of any better deals at the moment?
Supporters Sitting Duck Posted October 2, 2017 Supporters Share Posted October 2, 2017 JD Airsoft do much cheaper posting or they used to if you check UPS collection thingy Basically they did real cheap almost free ship to a local shop or shipping agent near you JD are about the cheapest - or used to be for the .209 or 6mm blank thingys How could you miss it - says it straight away on main page.... might have to have a min spend or blanks might be excluded but they offer free shipping
Supporters Rogerborg Posted October 2, 2017 Author Supporters Share Posted October 2, 2017 Ah, I should have mentioned, JD won't sent primers via the free UPS collection, or I'd have got some along with my TRMR last week. I'd reckoned I could just pick some up at my local site in Sunday, but it was a sad day: only pew-pew and no boom-boom.
warlord
Try giving these guys a call. They're local to me and I paid about £2.50 a box of 100 Chedites. http://www.shooting-fish.co.uk/ They may post as they're a little mom and pop store. F*ck me that is cheap - below discounted bulk pricing stuff I looked at some places in past £30 for 1,000 - but wtf would use that amount ??? I got the impression some might get picky to sell these without license n stuff plus sod buying in bulk... http://www.claygame.co.uk/cheddite-cx2000-primers-pd1 https://www.bushwear.co.uk/cheddite-shotgun-primers-cheddite-cx2000-100pk-990807.html sure it was one of them places but if you was local to this shop then you would be laughing... https://www.airsoftworld.net/209-cheddite-cx2000-shotgun-primers-pack-of-100.html

They have no prohibition on sending via UPS collection (my favourite method), and came to £14.88 for 200 primers + posting, and even took PayPal (my other favourite method). We'll see if they fulfil the order, but that's looking good so far. Cheers.

Supporters Rogerborg Posted October 2, 2017 Author Supporters Share Posted October 2, 2017 Oh for... me and my short attention span. By the time I'd filled in all the ordering bumph I'd conveniently forgotten that. I see an active PayPal button, I click on it. So as it turns out, it can be purchased through PayPal, although now we're off the map. Thanks for pointing that out, I've fessed up to Airsoftworld. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that they can't do a UPS pick-up delivery either, same as JD Airsoft. I just want to make things go bang, is that so much to ask? Well, I can report that Airsoftworld.net have a great support ticket system that's allocated me an issue number and they got back to me this morning to say (paraphrased) "Whatchyo talkin' 'bout, Roger?" So, they didn't know that I wasn't supposed to use PayPal - I feel better about missing it. Let's see what we see. [UPDATE] Airsoftworld.net reckon it's fine and will be processed as normal, so woo, and also, hoo. [UPDATE 2] All arrived safely.
