CA sportline M15A4, Red 1 airsoft ~£140 a bit over, plastic body, but CA is very high quality.

Guy in my team had a ca sportline but my reserve m4 variant (SRC m933) was far better. Get them from wolf armouries for 100 quid. Exactly the same as an m4 but a much smaller flash hider perfect for CQB. Skirmished with it a good few times never let me down. Takes classic army mags and has a very nice feel to it.

sounds better, maybe to help her out, giving a link? Wolf stock alot of guns :(

Just lifted this straight from a thread on the forum (http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=836). Then searched the links. I'm kinda assuming your meaning M4 'style' [like G36 isn't M4 but it's not just for CC either] so not all these apply if you mean specific M4. Then again you might fall in love with another, i did :P. Haven't looked for the cheapest so +/- £30 to the price.

JG G36 series

http://www.xsiteairsoftshop.co.uk/jg-g36c-...nmark-560-p.asp

(One I've always used from a friend and one I'm buying, big seller of JG)

--JG M4 (the new model has a metal body so is popular due to the realism)

http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/JG-M4-S-Sys...campaign=online

(bit over budget but gives you an idea, remember it's full metal)

--ICS M4

http://www.xsiteairsoftshop.co.uk/ics-m4-f...stock-527-p.asp

--Classic Army Sport Line M4 (can often be found in a starter package with a battery, glasses, sling etc..)

http://www.airsoftarmoury.co.uk/product_in...roducts_id=3133

*Good price, in stock, move if you want it ;)

**Think this is the one ELITEairsofter100 was talking about.

ICS Plastic M4/MP5

(Sorry googling skills have slipped)

G&G Plastic M4

Remember this was me just quick searching.

http://www.airsoft-forums.co.uk/?showtopic=46 gives you a good list of reputable suppliers. (But be careful about buying a gun from the American ones, theoretically customs can seize your gun for tax AND you need to prove you're UKARA. Haven't heard of it happening though)

And use the 'places to buy' to double check that if you find any decent stores not listed that they are legit.

Cheers guys this is all appreciated! :D

my first gun was a Dboys and it's lasted 3 years. Not the best gun in the world but reliable.

King arms, CA. ICS and G&G are all good makes for starter M4's.
