Mos
List the model and the internals you've installed. you can list the externals if you want, like rails, optics.. for me, TM VSR-10 Pro, Mancraft SDiK, AA hop unit, ML Autobot 60 deg w/ concave nub, Large unnecessary scope that is slightly too big. Guest PT247
currently my VSR, but an upgraded VSR is not really much different from any other upgraded VSR. Previously it was my KC-02, which internally was about as far as you could go and externally not far from it too: 3D printed VSR hop chamber and nub, PDI 6.05mm inner barrel, Nineball hop rubber, CNC'd and hard anodised bolt, (I also had a 3D printed bolt too which was very fast cycling but not as consistent on fps), CNC piston, homemade barrel stabilisers, shorty metal top rail, hand carved wooden stock, big f***ing scope. Hangtight
Well MB 01 Prometheus EG 455mm barrel fitted with diy tape spacers. AA hop up, EPDM R hop and eraser nub, Modify flat hop bucking. Volume reduced Mancraft Sdik with diy flow reduction air nozzle. Black steel cylinder. Bolt handle machined and fitted with bronze bush to eliminate wobble on the end of the cylinder. Trigger sears shaped and polished. Palmer regulator and co2 cartridge adapter fitted inside the stock, adjustable though a small hole in the bottom of the grip. Adapter sited where the real steel monopod would be and accessible without dismantling anything. Bipod adaptor removed and replaced with something a lot lighter. Home made sun shade for the scope. Stock smoothed and deseamed . Diy Flecktarn paint. Other stuff I've probably forgotten...

Thats a pretty awesome looking rifle there, I've just realized ive got a Cylinder:Barrel volume 1 : 2 ratio, therefore I need to reduce volume in the barrel. But why did you decrease the volume in the Mancraft cylinder? I thought it's best to have a higher cylinder volume to barrel volume?

Are you taking into consideration that CO2 expands? the volume in the cylinder will expand a hell of a lot, if it was air (spring) powered then you'd want them to match or have the cylinder slightly over volume, but you are using a pressurised gas so not the case. Ah, thanks for the info. imagined CO2 was like air in this scenario. Never mind, no need to freak out. thanks for the info. All good stuff. edit: This will also explain why you want to have good compression/air seals - you don't want to lose any of that precious air (or CO2.). Hangtight
The Mancraft has more than enough cylinder volume for a 500mm barrel. Off the top of my head I think mine is reduced down to about 3.5cc,which requires a higher input pressure but allowing for the expansion of the gas still gives an effective cylinder volume of around 2.9x the barrel and hop. This ups the shot count to around 140+ shots per co2 cartridge, but the high initial pressure accelerates the BB though the hop so fast that it causes inconsistent hop issues. Hence the flow reducer in the nozzle. That is sized to give enough flow to still be accelerating the BB at the end of the barrel, but it also slows the initial acceleration. I lost count of how many times I took the damn thing apart while I was trying to figure that one out. Just use it as it comes. You'll still get 70 shots per bulb, but if you get inconsistent hop then fit a flow reducer in the nozzle.
