Airsoft x uk Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 Proairsoft supplies is a really great shop, I'd really recommend that you vist there shop up in archway or visit their website which is also brilliant to use. The staff there are really friendly and have excellent knowledge about airsoft, there also very enthusiastic about the sport too so they really know there stuff when it comes to just about anything in airsoft. great shop to visit if popping down to London for day or even if u simply live near. great shop great people who run it too. The only thing I would say is that when they didnt send my order out and I queried this, they said that one of the items was out of stock. They claimed they telephoned me twice to discuss it and wanted to know whether to part ship or not, which is fair enough. However, they didn't leave any messages on my voicemail and didnt follow up the matter with an email, so I was blissfully unaware they had tried to contact me. It could be that someone just dropped the ball, which happens with all organisations. On the positive side, they normally respond to e-mails pretty promptly. I also bought a T4-18 from them. Ive found most of the retailers Ive dealt with to be pretty good (except Airsoftworld in Scotland), but sending them an order and expecting them to take payment and send it to you is not too onerous of any company. The real acid test for Airsoft retailers is how they deal with problems and warranty repairs etc. I guess that would be a much more interesting review to read of the established Airsoft retailers.
