have some comfortable boots to spend the day in, take water proof clothing and get a good nights kip the night before ! other than that enjoy yourself! i assume you are renting guns.

dont forget water and food allways best to take your own munch along even if the site has onsite food supplies just incase u fancy more than one burger

you at close action this sunday lemon?

Bottle of isotonic and emergency yorkie is always on my skirmish list.

But apart from that a good pair of boots and a "have fun" attitude will be the best.

Try to get a site map, try to spend some time following guys around that know what they are doing.

If they have a range then use it for a bit. That way you will have an idea of the range and accuracy of your gun and won't get upset and start calling cheat when you fire at a bloke miles away.

Ask people about their kit and guns, in a polite way. Owners will then bore you to death about them :)

Apart from that have fun, you will be knackered at the end of it, you will get shot (it doesn't hurt unless its close up) and you will shoot a few people, but it 'aint no CoD so don't expect lots of running around all day from the get go and huge kill/loss tallies, in fact don't even try to keep score, just play and have fun.

although just like in COD, you will never run for more than 7 seconds :D (well for me any way, i'm fat lol)

Always keep your eyes forward as well, the amount of times Ive seen people close-line them self's on tree branches because they were looking at their feet or something is unreal.

some gatorade/powerade or ration pack isotonic mix drink is always good to have, its better than water and it tastes nice.

Site food is Ok, but I always take my own any way, just makes the day cheaper (when you pay rent and petrol, the cheaper you can make something the better)

But the main thing is to just enjoy your self dude, Hope it goes well for you.

im going to wear some comfy walking boots until i get some tactical gear, im not sure if the site has a range but that would be a good idea so i can get a feel for the guns. i think even if i did hit someone i doubt i would say anything as i dont want to get into any arguements being the newbie and all lol :)

thanks for the advice i will defo go to have fun

If at all possible, have mesh eye protection, because goggles will almost certainly steam up and full face paintball stylee masks always do. My first day, not being able to see a lot of the time was the thing that bugged me most, after getting blisters from not having worn my boots for yonks before that day!

Loved it anyway though lol!

Also, prepare to kiss goodbye to your disposable income...

I might be going to FFZ on sunday

Its a very good site - right now its very 'over grown' so good for setting up ambushes etc...

long sleeves are a must right now due to mile high stingers!

there is no range - but there is a place to fire your file near the safe zone etc...

Enjoy!

Hi I've bought myself some mesh goggles that's the only but of kit I have at the moment but its a start lol.

I'm guessing I will catch the airsoft bug once I've played a game or 2 so I've told the wife need to take out a second mortgage lol
