6.03 is fine, you don't have to go PDI either. Any half decent tightbore will do - this is a support weapon we're talking about here not a 17lb, full auto sniper rifle! It's just that the original A&K barrel is a bit pants and a better hop rubber never hurt anyone.

      A 17lb full auto sniper sound's good. ;)

  2. Would a high torque motor damage a M90 spring then?

but he's just changing the motor so can't check for either of those things.

personally I'd do one thing at a time, get higher discharge rate batteries first as they're the easiest thing, then if that's not enough look to replace the motor.

I always start with simple things like Deans connectors and a rewiring job, before diving in the GB and tuning. I generally don;t recommend swapping parts unless you REALLY need to since most stock parts are grand

Thanks guys, like jcheese said, just looking to swap the motor as is kind of sluggish. However like he also said it's probably because I use a 9.6v Nickel battery. Dean connectors and a 7.4v lipo then?

  3. "Ultra Torque" or "Max Speed" motor?

Torque. Speed motors heat up and sh*t themselves from any bit of stress. With torque you can run a high speed gearset and get better ROF,trigger response and more efficiancy overall

max speed is when you want high rof with high ratio gears like 18:1 or 32:1. Torque motors are for high speed gears and powerful springs because normal stock motors aren't strong enough to pull them
