Hmmmm, I've been using 11.1v since I got the gun, and I've had no problems with it, though I am using a m110 spring. I actually found that the Amoeba is quite upgradable, and the gearset isn't too bad. I think they've come a long way. (all this in my very humble opinion)

I am guilty of that - most of the time it's easier to say licence instead of explain what UKARA is to my non-airsoft friends, because it usually leads to having to explain VCRA...

I know Ares gets pretty bad press here, but I have to say their newstuff is pretty decent, especially their amoeba series gearbox. I am really tempted by their new Ares VZ58. TM mags are no where near as bad as that Thank God!

I heard thats because WE mags are made to match the larger cylinder of WE P226 and built to take green gas better. Not sure how it affects performance though, please fill me in.

SeniorSpaz87 said all there is to say really. I have a TM P226 and I love it to bits. Out of the box, I'd say TM would give the best performance, and the least problems in the future. TM mags don't take gas as well as WE though. Do correct me if I am wrong.

This is borderline necroposting, so apologies. How do you protect your camera from stray BBs? I do enjoy photography. Just amateur stuff though, as I don't have a DSLR. Below is some of my 'military themed' work. Heavy Lightroom editing does hide my crappy compositions and picture quality.

Played a game two weeks ago. Hit someone from inside a room out of the doorway, and saw two more guys behind him in the distance. The first guy walked right in front of my line of fire, so I tried to shoot around him. He then proceeded to have a go at me but I apologised anyway. Soon afterwards I realised my attack was a failure so I decided to leave the room via the back door. A minute later the marshalls announced "Weapons down! Weapons down!" through the PA. Turns out the guy I first shot came back with a solid-state grenade and attempted to throw it into the room, as he thought I was still there (I presume). He threw it at the glass door instead and shattered it everywhere. So remember kids, don't stay in the same area for too long or you'll get impaled by shards of glass. (It was actually safety glass so it shattered into billions of harmless pieces)

Nice play mate. But what they've done to the Air realistic battles is heresy. Also, ground sim is only available for certain tanks, and ground realistic is now a mixed nation catastrofuck <3 necropost
