  1. They look like they should fit the mag well on the cybergun, i guess it will be a case of buying one and trying it
  2. Does anyone know where you can but the Cybergun Thompson drum mag separately? As i too bought one of these Thompsons for a laugh, i took to The Mall when some friends organised a private hire night and it performed well against their hire guns but i to also only had 1 40 round mag.
  3. Hi there and welcome, i'm not too far behind you on the age front at 36, as for local sites if you can try out Ironsight near Andover http://www.ironsightairsoft.co.uk/.
  4. I'm interested in the red dot sight number 31 if you still have it for sale?
  5. cool i wasn't sure if they contained more explosives than say mk5 for example, i guess my main concern is that with them being launched is there an increased chance of an accident? Also does anyone have any idea where site insurance providers will stand on these, i know of one site at least that isn't covered for CO2 pistols let alone launched pyros lol
  6. Am i being paranoid being concerned about the possibility of one of these going off pointblank in someones face and doing some serious harm?
  7. Hmm very interesting, i think you might be right in thinking copyright infringement we'll just have to wait and see i guess and hope we get a new shiny 6mm toy
  8. Well as i said i phoned Webley & Scott and to the knowledge of the guy i spoke to there is no airsoft version, he was really surprised to be phoned by an airsofter and there is only the 4.5mm metal BB version but i really hope i'm wrong.
  9. yeah that was the results of my research too, basically 4.5mm means too much power and of course smaller area of impact so all in all not usable damn!!!
  10. I just phoned Webley & Scott, it is definitely 4.5mm and the gentlman i spoke to seemed quite suprised that air softers would be interested in one he also checked out the box that he had on his desk and it clearly says it's 4.5mm so he had no idea how the video has one saying 6mm, photoshop maybe? .
  11. you can also get plastic bbs in 4.5mm, i've no idea how good they are but it looks good that we could potentially be getting a skirmishable Webley at long last!!! YAY
  12. i just checked with my local site, depending on it's fps i've been cleared to use it bwa ha ha ha
  13. hmm tricky one on the legal question, it's already a RIF so you're not changing anything there, i can't see where it would be any different to any other barrel change on an airsoft gun but i'm no expert on the law
  14. i wonder if you could convert it to 6mm and use the Dan Wesson cartridges?
  15. I have a CO2 pistol that only kicks out 280fps so i can't see why it can't be made at skirmish levels, all down to the designers so fingers crossed.
  16. Try HeroShark they can add a prescription insert for you to have lenses added, the lenses will fog to some degree though. http://www.heroshark.co.uk/
  17. Personally both times i've been into the bricks and motar store i've had great customer service and advice but there are lots of reports of the opposite so it does seem to be luck of the draw on who's working that day.
  18. Then there is the what look you want question to consider, not every airsofter wants a realistic military rig, a friend and i have considered sci-fi rigs then the bright colours could look really cool.
  19. That really depends i took my UKARA paperwork into the store with me, they processed it and sold to me there and then.
  20. good luck finding a larp sword for £30 these days, average price is closer to £60 but you can still find lower prices out there.
  21. i use a lower face mesh mask, i find it comfortable, it offers excellent protection and is no barrier to communication and i find no issues raising my rifle to aim down the sights but i use an AK.
  22. To be fair she doesn't actually call it British night camo, she says it's British and its a night camo also called phantom.
  23. i don't drive but thankfully Ironsight is only a 15 mins or so drive away from me so i can usually get a cheapish taxi or a lift if some of my friends are going.
