  1. Fixed it with the idea I had,
  2. So, I decided to get rid of the delta ring and my DD Omega RIS and put on a DD 9.5" MK18 free float but have come across a slight issue. the outer barrel is no longer solid like it used to be it appears that nothing is pulling it down to keep in place like the delta ring used to which is annoying as the barrel now looks stupid and out of line with the RIS and it'll wobble when firing. So my question of help is...... How can I fix this problem !!!! I have a few ideas in mind but wanted to thoughts of fellow airsofters.' Thanks
  3. Not yet no. I've been looking at them. Might give them a try
  4. i tried the dytacs again today. now if i put 30 or so in they feed perfectly on .25g. went up to 60 and nothing. couldn't a single BB out. so i tried them with .20g fully magged up and flawless not a single problem or misfire. i am struggling to find mags that will fit and feed in these two weapons. The MAG brand mid caps i don't really want that metal look anymore wanted polymer but if they are going to be the only ones that will work then them it will have to be.
  5. Got a link for anywhere that has them bud
  6. Tried that and still not working. really getting annoyed with it now as there isn't many others to try if there is any lol. these Dytac would have been perfect if they worked on .25g but because they don't they aren't any good to me.
  7. So I wanted to see what mid caps people use as I am struggling to find ANY that will work in my G&G top techs. I have tried the following G&G GR16 mid caps - they didn't feed at all. Magpul E mags - they didn't fit, Dytac mid caps. They work on .20g BBs but if I put .25g in they don't work at all. So I am lost as I use .25g. I don't want metal ones I am looking for Magpul style which can use .25's in.
  8. RIS won't sit flush with the upper receiver due to the delta ring. I have taken it to pieces and that's why it isn't flush but I have now resolved the wobble it's now solid.
  9. It only goes on one way, he top has a longer RIS rail to line up with the top receiver. Due to it being an Omaga RIS it attaches to the standard delta ring and is pushing again it slightly to its slight out of line. Needs a little more work as mentioned it's no way near finished yet
  10. My SMP project is moving swiftly along. No way near finished but will be by end of September. The TR4 before any changes, well this is my other one but it's standard. After a few changes, DD RIS, ICS QD SILENCER, G27 STYLE GRIP.
  11. G&G CM16 RAIDER TWO TONE WE HI CAPA 5.1 TWO TONE
  12. I know that but that's not what is being asked
  13. I have both. I've used my MTP more over the summer but this winter it'll be either my Atacs FG or DPM.
  14. It's not a problem if TT is coming off its general wear and tear and is to be expected nothing to worry about at all. You only have to worry if you purposely remove it.
  15. Wolverine SMP unit. Built mine complete £750. Works like a dream
  16. I don't think there's a particular load out for a specific weapon. Load outs are more for where your playing or personal preference. If I am playing indoor CQB I'll wear my black load out. Woodland I'll wear my Atacs FG or MTP, maybe my DPM. The choice is yours dude. Some people just wear jeans and a hoodie and crack on I with their day.
  17. I also wonder as well if there's a difference as well due to my 9.6v have been used a number of times where my 9.9v is brand new. Possible !!!! I was thinking that, give it a few weeks and a little more use in the TR4 and see what happens again
  18. The TR15 is well run in had it for a year or so but the TR4 is certainly new has only seen two game days so that might explain it but if that is it then why would there be a variance is Fps on a 9.6v and no variance on the 9.9v.
  19. I've always used a 9.6v in my G&G's but a mate of mine uses the LI-FE batteries and he said he's had no issues with them. The Gen3 is 11.1v Lipo ready but they don't recommend using them for the reason you said they double feed. the LI-FE battery from my test the only difference in it is it's somehow giving a consistency but not sure why or how it is doing this.
  20. yeah I think it's odd myself that's why I have posted this up as I didn't expect those results at all. Both weapons are standard G&G Top Tech M4's with no upgrades at all and neither have a MOSFET. it's really odd to get consistency with one and not the other. the main purpose was to see if the ROF was different as people told me it would be higher on the LIFE
  21. I am simply posting findings on a test.
  22. It doesn't change the Fps it just keeps it consistent
  23. No idea but chance is an odd thing to say when it has been tested on two weapons. If the test had been done on one weapon then chance yes but on two the. I don't think chance is the right term
  24. So today I have been doing a little testing with two of my M4 Top Tech M4's with a 9.6v NiMh and a 9.9v LI-FE to see if there is an actual difference and found myself somewhat surprised in the results of the two. So ill start with my new TR4. I ran it first on the LI-FE battery and the results were :- 9.9v = 349Fps consistent over 10 shots on .20g BB with R/S of 1000. 9.6v = was up and down ranging from 338Fps - 349Fps & the same R/S rate So for that weapon it would seem a LI-FE give a consistent Fps. Now my TR15. 9.9v = 338Fps consistent with an R/S of 1000, so no change on the R/S........ But this did surprise me. 9.6v = 332Fps to 345Fps with an R/S of 1200 Boring stuff but thought I would see if there was an actual difference in these batteries or not.
  25. Yeah defo personal preference. I have a PEQ and torch etc but depending on where I am playing will depend if any attachment does on. The only main attachment which is on all the time is my magwell grip and rvg grip and obviously my sight.
