  1. the P* though with having the screen on the FCU means you have to look at it whilst cycling through to get your setting where as the SMP pull and hold the trigger then connect the battery to the FCU release then pull trigger for burst you want. Personally for me this is a better choice. At the time of buying this I had more than enough saved to buy a P* infact my money had been saved for a custom made Tac PTW but I chose this. Done AEGs, had training weapons. What I spent on this along with the new base weapon left me plenty of money left to buy other goodies for it.
  2. certainly is. If you already have a base weapon to put it into your laughing. The regulators being supplied have the tournament locks on as well so no reason for any sites to not allow them "cough F&O cough"
  3. Got it from the States and it took a month from actual order but I waited over 5 months due to other people messing about. My supplier wanted to bulk order and the other let him down. The import delays are due to the States being strict in customs there at the min
  4. No sorry man £457 that includes the reg and bottles as well as everything else knew I missed something out
  5. Minus buying a new base weapon, the supplier I deal with can supplier the whole lot including import duty & the plug for gun side £457, for that you get SMP unit, reg, FCU, battery & the plug.
  6. Thanks. Without set up its currently running at 50Rps and nearly 400Fps. It's an absolute mental piece of kit well worth the money and long wait.
  7. I didn't plan on sharing these two clips as they have been done to show my mates this thing running but it's gotta be shared until I get my full review video done. One is a quick quick fire of it and the sound is brilliant and the other is a quick blast in my loft but a full set up and review of this will follow sometime over the weekend coming possibly Friday. Sharing just so people can get a feel for how this sounds and this is before it's even been setup so things can only sound better
  8. Those rails are brilliant I've had several and they are great if fitted correctly. I currently have the AR15 DD rail
  9. Close mate but its a 1/8 fitting. No where in the UK currently sells the correct fitting for these. The next batch of SMPs that are coming into the UK through my source will have a bulk purchase of these plugs included.
  10. If anyone is considering buying an SMP unit, make you ask the supplier or person supplying it to send the following QD plug or include one with your order. I was told mine order would include this but it didn't and now I have two wait another two months for this tiny little plug to arrive as its ONLY available is the USA. Soon as mine comes I will update with a new video doing the set up and firing test. http://www.redlineairsoft.com/index.php/air-hoses-fittings/product/57-mini-quick-disconnect-plug-gun-side
  11. Hi to all, So I said I would video myself fitting the wolverine SMP into my G&G TR4 EBB gearbox. Having done this without any practise of fitting an SMP I did it very much in the dark, I have experience of gearboxes but most people who do videos like this have done a few before making a video but the purpose is to show how easy it is to fit. At the end I knocked the camera off in error but didn't realise but the box wouldn't close due to the Orange stock ring it had twisted and didn't line up. Also if like me and you get this without the valve needed to connect the air line (not my fault) then how you can test that the trigger is working is to connect the control board up and attached the battery flick it into semi and pull the trigger, you should hear a clicking noise that says it's firing and then flick to full auto and it'll be a continuous noise. I feel happy I have done this myself and whilst it's an easy installation it's just remembering what needs to be removed and where your going to put everything, since my weapon is a front wired weapon I will now have to customise the stock bolt to allow the cable to run through. Once I have the valve I will run a video of this running and how long is takes to set it up.
  12. Oh I also have a spare incase one runs out and I cannot get it filled so got a spare just incase even if it's never used always handy to have cos you never know
  13. Its a 3000psi bottle they both are. Ill need to set them up properly then they should last for 2000-3000 shots :-)
  14. So since June I have been waiting for my Wolverine SMP unit. The main delay was the middle man making the order but I went to collect it today and I have it at last. A few pics of the unit etc. The third pic though the connector on the right I expected that to have the 1/8 adapter on but typically it doesn't so although I can now build my project I cannot test it until I get my hands on one and no where in the UK sells them so had to go state side again :-(. Also to add this purchase only comes with one bottle the additional has been bought separately.
  15. the base weapon is a G&G TR4 CQB-H
  16. Thanks man, cost a pretty penny in the end. It has been worth it just a shame it's two colours lol so had to try even it out
  17. Take the silencer off and its a standard flash hider but on an SMP the silencer makes it even more quite. the SAA on the side is a vinyl I've made as a test to see how it looks.
  18. was thinking that as well. The diablo does look good though
  19. Don't know which to have on my SMP. ICS QD Silencer or Diablo flash hider.....
  20. I now play at Shock and Awe Wales. Fantastic site, brilliant staff and good players.
  21. I've been F&O Bolton. Wasn't my cup of tea. My experience was that the staff like to make themselves look big and hard and like they it all about Airsoft. they didn't warn anyone or new people that the first game would last a few hrs so bring some extra BBs in a pouch or what ever and they didn't allow people to go off game to reload so using mid caps left me and some other sitting ducks. Me personally I didn't like the place, the staff and their attitude and with that I won't play there or any of their sites. Luckily I'd had a number of games behind me so I bitten by the big but I think had that been my first game I'd have questioned if I could be arsed with shot like that.
  22. jcheese you have to be the most biggest ARSE on this forum. The mags work in my weapon just not properly but they seem to work in his that is NOT an uncommon thing with mags. like my Pmags work in all my weapons but strangely NOT IN HIS. Just like Dytac mags they feed excellent in mine but not in his. His MAG mags don't feed in mine do they do in his. Oh how I laugh at your arrogants grow up you child.
  23. So tried these in my mates M4 today and it would appear it's just my weapons as they worked like a dream in his two M4's.......
  24. well they don't anyway lol. they go in when you open the into two then pop one in and close back up it don't move. so given up with them. I have done some testing on my mid caps today and I think the main problem are the springs. even with .20g BBs in the first few sorta spit out then it'll shoot them full power and every 10 shots it'll miss three BBs and spit two out. then once the mag is down to the last 20 or so they don't feed at all. when I empty the mags out into my hand you can feel they just dribble out rather than coming out with a little force behind them from the spring I am hoping that when the springs go in they'll perform much better
