Bit weird, company that I cancelled an order with, kept my money and hasn't responded to my emails about it.. Time for a Paypal claim

They dont sound like a decent company if you have had the hassle of putting in a claim and not replying to your emails.

I've been asked by PayPal to return the items to them, even though this for getting a refund after cancelling an order..
