Few little jobs today: The barrel on my SCAR-H SSR has a necked down section just behind the flash hider that looked odd. Had a spare M16 thread protector that i bored out and cut down. Bit of test fitting and light cuts to get the flash hider clocked to have the flats vertical. It doesn't look quite right but it's better. Also made an ally charging handle for it, instead of the plastic one it came with. Just needs painting now: Then converted a spare 18C to a 17 G3 as i'm nicking the full-auto bits for another build. Some little milling cuts inside the slide and made a "spacer bar" that sits under the rear sight:

The "BT" is for bluetooth. Stupidly i bought the non-bluetooth one. Still handy to have. I do have an Acetech tracer with a built-in chrono now that i need to try out. Are we still talking about chronos? ?

If you have UKARA it should be pretty straightforward. Even without UKARA it'd be an IF and not an RIF, so should be fine. (I've imported RIFs prior to having UKARA.)

Nah. I like to upgrade barrels and buckings from the off. Why wouldn't you want to have optimum performace from the start?

I've found the Viper Tactical gloves to be really good. They're fairly thin so you get good feeling, work with touchscreens and have nice little grippy dots on the fingers. I have various Mechanix gloves, but for airsofting find the Vipers suit me better. I've bought a pair of Streamlight clones to go on my two 19Xs. And a load of stupid patches and badges to go on my harness.
