    I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve used them for many purchases and usually their items are well priced. And it helps if you know what you are after. Always shop about, ask questions first if unsure of anything.

    Thought I’d weigh in with my experience on jbb. Never had an issue with items ordered, communication or cost. The key thing is shop around, do some hard research on the item you have your eye on. Read the fine print of what comes with purchase. Email the company first or telephone them and ask for details before you purchase. This goes for any retailer.

    There’s a thread on one of the forums on here regarding Bespoke Airsoft and my long battle with them. I Avoid them like the plague now. I ended up doing a charge back through my bank. I only now pay via PayPal. Lessons learned! hope you get it sorted! Stay on it!

    Update ; So, I took the plunge and made an order through these guys for a shotgun RiF, there was abit of a hohar with them asking for UKARA, and I had to politely remind them of the above email to which they were fine with in the end. It seems they are based in Poland, not Italy as I presumed for some reason. They dispatched the order in good time, however, their chosen courier is UPS. This is the major red flag I’m afraid. I’ve always had issues with this company, their website and app are a minefield, always asking to sign up for access to contact them, update details, get special tracking updates etc. Item has landed in their UK sorting depot, passed through customs and has now been sat in their warehouse for nearly a week. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. In summary, fine website, awful courier, so if you do make an order make sure you are not in a rush to receive.

    I can confirm that Modern Warrior shop is a fantastic little gem! John who owns it does own a few of the airsoft sites in Kent and a few shops to go with them. I’d highly recommend visiting! If there’s something you need he will do his best to try and source it for you and answer any questions you may have! Lauren is also a superstar, very friendly team they have, and if you spend over £100 I believe you get a free game day!

    Looking for any shotguns which are full metal and real wood stock and pump grip. Gas is preferred, but will look at springers also. such as the golden eagle m870 full version. have seen some on sale adverts but no response from sellers, as maybe not signed in on here for a while! condition doesn’t need to be like new, but as anyone would like, well looked after and functional. Realistic second hand price.

    I emailed them to ask if they would accept my “sportsman’s association” membership in replace of UKARA. I’ve not used them just yet so unsure of the delivery times etc but I got the following response; “ we have no difficulty in accepting your request to send a RIF as a member of this Association if it is considered a valid defence in the UK. We have already accepted other defences other than the UKARA and have had no difficulties with UK customs. We do not have a complete understanding of what is and what is not accepted in your country as a valid defence, but if you feel that your membership of this association justifies the purchase of a RIF then I encourage you to proceed with your order. We will prepare all the documents to send your order enclosing the correctly completed RIF defence. Kind Regards Danilo” Hope that’s some help!

    Update. After being promised a refund that never materialised, the bank agreed with my case and reimbursed me, yesterday.

    I found that bbguns4less bundles are good. ASG make. They do a number of different amounts definitely worth a look I’d say.

    Ahh! Fair enough! All good information for the future! Many thanks but yes I have started the process with the bank as it was purchased through a debit card. I’ll update if I hear anything from them or bespoke!

    I have yes started a dispute to get the funds back through my bank. My Mrs has always told me to make payments through PayPal for this purpose. Can’t let her know she was right! Haha

    Just wanted to wade in about Bespoke. I’ve unfortunately fallen foul of having my emails, calls ignored.. I made a purchase, received item and it wasn’t the item which they market on the website. Emailed and telephoned countless times trying to explain they have miss represented an item. After a few more emails they finally provided a returns label. And that’s it. They have gone silent once again and not answering their phones or replying to my emails asking about my refund. I have documented every email, call and even photographed the item I sent back so they can not say it’s not as it was when they sent. I even took photo evidence of myself dropping at a UPS drop off point! I just have a feeling, and after seeing other customers reviews via trust pilot and Google, that I won’t get a refund. in my opinion I wouldn’t advise ordering from them online. Maybe visiting the shop is a better idea, but I personally won’t be giving them anymore custom!
