  2. i see thank you for your help, the actual part that pushes down from the arm is just a plastic block and isn't adjustable or changeable in anyway (see piccys below) which doesn't help at all.
  3. it moves, but i can see that it's still barely pushes the bucking into the barrel is what im trying to say, sorry, what do you mean shim out between the nub and bucking, do you mean inside the actual chamber?
  4. Hi all, I have recently bought a wellpro we09k (ak-12) and I've changed the spring in it as it was really underpowered from the get go (250 fps on 0.28 @ 0.8 joules), however when i was shooting it i had noticed the hop not doing much when adjusting the hop, there was practically no difference between on or off. since then I have taken it apart and replaced the hop rubber only to notice that the hop arm simply barely pushes it down, I've tried replacing the old little silicone nub that the hop arm pushes down and used the end of a rubber (eraser) as it is a bit stiffer to push it down more, it has made just a slight difference but still barely anything compared to my other RIFS, does anyone have any suggestions from their WELLPRO's or any suggestions at all. Thanks!
  5. Hey dudes and dudettes, so ive just put a new motor, new piston head nozzle etc into my RIF, im just trying to find out if it sounds screechy, ive done teching before but i just need the experts opinions, if it helps im running 16:1 gears, with a XT 22tpa 25k motor, please listen to and see the video and tell me what ya think! Thanks! IMG_7158.MOV
  6. If your gun has a quick change system simply buy a new spring, somthing like a m100 or m90 and replace it, if you know the model and make of your rif do a quick google and find how to replace the spring with your specific gun, i reccomend ak2m4 but other sites are available
  7. Thank you very much!
  8. Does anyone know the length of the nozzle on the double eagle m900 series (I have the m904L) RIFS as I'm looking to upgrade it as its made of plastic and I've noticed it has some wear on it without taking it all apart, and without the right measuring equipment (I know, not even a ruler) I'm not sure what size it is, if anyone could send me some links or straight up tell me that would be really useful, thanks!
  9. Awesome thanks for the information! I will look into all of those components now, as for the pistons I was thinking id need to upgrade it for the high speeds gear sets as the stock may not be able to handle it. for now though I will like the other guy who commented change it bit by bit and start with a new hop up rubber etc. and thank you for the heads up on the piston heads. thank you very much for your reply!
  10. Awesome ill take that all into consideration, I have a ton of gun grease and I haven't an issue with hopping as far as I'm aware but ill take a look at that as well, shimming is definitely on my to do list. Thank you so much for your help!
  11. its the double bell scar l 803y, the parts I have chosen have come from another build by a guy on this forum I asked for the specifics and he helped me out with it (he had the exact same gun). I would like the gun to be more accurate, a little snappier and fire faster, at the moment I know the internals are absolutely fine, I would just like to make a start in modifications and get a better performance out of my gear, if you understand where I'm coming from. I'm pretty sure my dad has purchased a chrono too for his guns and its on the way. thank you for your response too!
  12. I'm sort of new to upgrading in airsoft and vie done a ton of research but I just want to be sure from multiple opinions and minds in what I have selected (whether or not it is the correct component to purchase). below I have pictures of the parts I have seen other people use and through my research are what I can use/need: Any help is welcome and thank you for reading
