As well as the CS being a shit show, you can get much more “advanced” belts in terms of the materials and design for not a great deal more money.

If it wasn’t a 400 round rattling lump and more 100 ish rounds with no winding mechanism I would have been interested. CBA with sounding like a bottle of bbs.

“Kangaroo” positioning for the dump pouch is hawtness, best place to run it IMO.

See my previous post. If you use the “golf” weights, you can add or remove them easily and they can be cut down to suit your desired weight. They also bend so can conform to the shape of your helmet. No pouch required.

“Golf” lead weight strips, tape, Velcro…counterweight done for less than £20.

Can you put an AK Stick Battery in a buffer tube?
Wavey_Gravey replied to LzChase's topic in Electric Guns
Depends on the diameter / length of your buffer tube and again the same with the battery. Have you considered Li-ion instead? They are supposedly a good middle ground, I like mine. -
Thought I’d throw up a picture of my AK before it’s sold. Intended it to be a bit of a space AK, Administrative results wannabe. Sans the Eotech, perst etc. Ended up very farcry esque!

Advice please-cheap but good 5.56 fast mag pouches
Wavey_Gravey replied to Oneshotscott's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
The ITW ones are the “original” fast mags, I like them but I’m not keen on the aesthetic (shoot me) but Esstac’s are the dogs. Both are very easy to re index mags into. They pop up on the forum classifieds now and again. -
Advice please-cheap but good 5.56 fast mag pouches
Wavey_Gravey replied to Oneshotscott's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Why you would need fast access to 8 mags at any one time? Magazine admin is the way, “real shit” translates very well to Airsoft but if you really want to look like a walking magazine hanger then stick with ITW nexus or esstac pouches. Stay away from nuprol, load of shyt. -
Agree it’s not very pretty! Once decked out and “tacticool” it looks ok but it’s no MP5!

Scope view impeded by unnecessary Gucci bits!
Wavey_Gravey replied to GStevo80's topic in General Help
Why not whack it down the end of the rail and keep it that way? Having your vis laser in that position (even if you don’t use it) is likely to get blocked by your grip, depending on how you grip etc… Wouldn’t need to worry about a tape switch either as you could activate it with your thumb when you really needed too? -

Beginner Set Up Recommendations

Boiling your ass off in joggers and a hoodie, topped off by a shemag, sounds fun in CQB! 🥵 OP, if you want to keep it cheap there’s plenty of options, just make sure he’s protecting his eyeballs & teeth. The rest is just dress up! -
I think warrior kits a bit over rated for what it is, having said that it’s pretty ideal for Airsoft.

Beginner Set Up Recommendations
Wavey_Gravey replied to Point Two Balls's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
If he’s 11 most plate carriers will bury him I’d imagine, a decent clone micro rig would have plenty of adjustability? Room for 3-6 mags and pistol mags if needed? A PC isn’t going to do much to take the sting out of CQB IMO. You might run into the same issue with the helmet / face mask combo, I’ve seen some younger players running around in some gear that would cause more harm than good. Perhaps a dye mask? Decent all round protection so he won’t end up with missing teeth before his first girlfriend, look relatively cool and fairly breathable. -
I recognise those from IG, beautiful collection!

Sig Mpx is on the way! rechargeable battery sounds…interesting, hoping it just means it runs off a battery not some weird fixed internal one.
