I personally didn't remove any material, it's a very tight fit though, it's loosened a little bit after a few fit and removals.

Fancied a revolver, and this Tanaka S&W M67 took my fancy, not fired it yet, but it feels very well made -
On the hunt for a couple of TM 35 round mags, but struggling, anyone come across any in stock?

So an update, over the past couple of months, I've slowly sanded off the original varnish and just about finished recoating. I used 3x coats of water based wood stain (Dark Walnut), then 3x coats of Danish oil. I picked up a repro butt plate and tarnished with some salt & vinegar, it's not perfect fit, but better than the metal one it comes with. Happy enough with it, it's far from perfect, but then that adds a bit of character ? Original vs real steel Sanded Reoiled Butt plate

Thanks, I had seen the one on Emporion so have gone for that one.

ASG UltraAir (so green gas), SW around mid 20s. Done nothing since I last used it about a month ago, on 0.30s, where it was just under (same gas). BB's, I tried .28, .30, .32s all over... 10-20 fps depending on weight

I was planning to run my MWS tomorrow, it's totally stock, but thought I'd Chrono today as I'm changing BB's and it's running hot on all weights. I thought I'd need an NPAS at some point so not a massive surprise, given the warm weather. Has anyone happened across UK stock? I can only find them outside the UK. I know I could use 144a but a little late for tomorrow and in the longer term I assume an NPAS is the way to go rather than many different gasses, plus I just bulk brought Green gas ?

That looks very cool, but looking for a bolt on carry handle to give flexibility of switching the look around, plus a lot cheaper ?

Perfect, thanks for the insights, exactly what I was after

I'd like a carry handle for my MWS, any recommendations?

Does anyone have one of these, looking for some real World feedback, any good out of the box? do they take WE G17 mags? I have an AAP-01 and would like a secondary Glock platform, to utilize the mags I have, as the AAP is in a kit most of the time.

I haven't used it a great deal yet, as I haven't had it long, but yes ?

I've literally done something very similar over the past (expensive) month, but the other way around. Brought an MWS M4a1, loved the feel of it and enjoyed it at its first outdoor outing, then promptly brought a TM Mp7 for CQB, which like you used for the first time last weekend. Similar story, I have had quite a few AEGs and still have some, but was looking for something more and am now hooked ?

So I used mine for half a day on indoor CQB yesterday, I was using 0.25s tracers as indoors and a tracer unit (Acetech Blaster). Gun completely stock, haven't even cleaned the barrel or lubed it. Chrono was 290-300 on ASG Ultraair green gas. Thread adapter, I was using this https://www.leesprecision.com/cnc-machined-14mm-ccw-thread-adapter-for-tokyo-marui-mp7 , as I hadn't realised it came with one and had pre ordered the adapter before receiving the gun, it's a little shorter than the one supplied and fits well. Very impressed overall, it was accurate and consistent although the ranges I was using it at were pretty short. But I was able to zero in on door frames etc for people peeking. I have one mag with a very slow leak, so will reseal #Gas huh ? -

What Rig is this? Just got myself an Mp7 and looking at setups and this looks ideal -
Another "first gun" question, but with a twist.

So Tier 1 looks like a basic Titan and a barrel and hop rubber upgrade from the looks of it. At a rough calc, seems roughly half is cost is the parts and half labour. No idea on labour costs to say if that is reasonable as I do my own, but I would personally go for something like a Double Eagle M904 if you want some functions as a starter gun and learn to switch out a barrel and hop rubber should you feel the need. I have one, I'm still running the stock barrel, but switched the hop rubber, but that was just because I had a spare kicking around. -

I have the same pistol and had a very similar issue from new, it would vent after 2 or 3 shots, but was fine dry firing. I brought mine from Defcon and raised a warranty claim, I sent it back to them and it came back to me with a new mag, so I assume there was some mag issue, although they may of carried out other fixes also? all fine now and I can rapidly fire through a mag no issues.

Played my first game with my newly purchased MWS, first move to GBBR from an AEG. My play style needs some adapting, trying to suppress doesn't work to well with limited ammo, I was bingo ammo on a defend game and going toe to toe with high capped AEG's at an auto site felt like I was at a massive disadvantage. I need to learn gassing the mags better, first use of the day they were all fine, regassing/loading between games was a bit hit and miss if I'd filled enough to empty a mag, also the bolt didn't always lock back, but I put that down to not enough gas? I used 0.30g bb's, range was around 50/60m I would say, from the Chrono station. Magpuls whilst nice and I thought would offer some drop protection for the mags, get in the way of the fill valves, so need to come off I think. Overall, I liked the immersion of the platform though and look forward to using it again.

I've noticed a couple of my cheapish M4 mags (Cyma or BattleAxe) have started to lose compression, they're a couple of years old. I'm getting the odd misfeed and the last 15-20 BB's no longer feed, also noticeable that they come out with less punch when emptying mags after a game day. So is it worth changing out the springs and if so from where? or just replace the mags? EDIT: should add that I only load the night before a game and empty the mags when I get home from a game day

Just brought a MWS (my first GBBR), on the hunt for a sling plate and decent sling for it now. Great thread here, I've read a chunk of it ?

First GBBR, impressed with the feel and garden plinking, on the hunt for a sling mount and decent sling for it, before fielding. -
My son recently brought a Cybergun SCAR, it was a bit low on power 250ish on a .25. So I opened it up checked the airseals, regreased and put in a M105 spring (it's what I had spare). Put it all back together and chrono'd it a day or so later ~300 on .25 perfect, thought it may of been cutting it fine with the M105, but whatever... two weeks later we take it to a game and it chrono's at 335 and once we get home I get a similar reading. No change to hop, same BB's, the only thing I done in-between was change the Tamiya connector to Deans, so any idea's to why this has happened? I can only put it down to things have just settled in, as the FPS kinda makes sense on a M105 spring, odd though?
