      they baffle me how much crap they talk and its always our fault that they didn't deliver it on time

      I just wish parcel force would be more consistent either deliver to a neighbour or post office (also put a card through my door I am not psychic ) … also why carn't Royal Mail deliver to a post office if I am not in! My local sorting office has crappy hours :(
