Does anybody have experience with building second set of upper receiver+barrel+handguard? I am pretty confused as to what parts I will need. I ordered upper and forward assit (without the screw that is out of stock) so far. I saw some videos so I have vague idea of how the other parts look like but I have no idea what are they called or what number they have. Is there somewhere a plan of the gun with parts numbers? I load it manually. It adds some more realism 😄

Is there anyone bold enough to manufacture upper receiver? Its been pretty ling time since the last batch and I am loosing hope they will ever deliver some more. At the same time I would love to have two so I would have two settings (SBR and DMR) ready for any game.

I wonder what is the reason for not modifiying at all. It has been written above that removing it entirely could cause inconsistency due to the liquid gas in the chamber. But if you cut it in half there should not be any issue. Or do I miss something?

Hello everybody, I upgraded my rif with parts recomended the most here, i.e. Modify TAN bucking + SuperG brass nub. I also added tightbore barrel MapleLeaf 410mm 6.01mm. I never found any exact measurements of the difference in fps and projectile energy while using short and widebore barrel vs. long tightbore barrel. Therefore I decided to have a nice evening with chrono and several weights of bbs and measure it myself. I used chrono AIR CHRONY MK1 (https://www.anareus.cz/detail.php?id=12868). The web is in Czech language but it basicaly says that this is high end and precise chrono. Measurement were all taken indoor with air temperature around 22 celcius. Humidity was around 45-50%, therefore indoor average. I measured velocity in m/s and then converted it to fps with conversion of 1m/s = 3.28084 FPS. I used several weights of BBs. These are: BLS precision 0.20g; G&G white 0.28g; Madbull 0.40g; Novritsch 0.49; BLS Precision 0.50g. First I used vanilla/stock rifle and took five shots of each BB. Then I did the upgrade, i.e. change bucking, nub and barrel, and again I took five shots each. You can find result in table hereunder. In green cells there are mws stock shots and in red cells there are shots after the upgrade. MWS table.xlsx Edit: Please ignore measurement of the fisrt shot with BB Novritsch 0.49 taken with stock MWS. It is a typo and I dont remember the correct measurement. What I find interesting is this: 1. I feel like I dont have enought fps in stock/vanilla rifle. If I remember correctly some people said their stock rifle has around 330fps. Can anyone confirm this? 2. Increase is not what I expected. I though it would be 20% and more because it is tightbore barrel which is 170mm longer than the stock one. Has anyone different experience? 3. Increase in fps and especially in energy is more significant with heavy weight BBs. 4. Consistency is very good. However I havent seen prolonged measurement in any other rifle and I took only 5 shots. Please feel free to comment. I am very interested in your findings and opinions. Thanks!

Now this is super cool! Thank you very much for this. I am planning to buy GP valve 5.0 so I am glad it performs so well. Here in Czech we dont usually have fps limits in games so I am lloking forward to do this upgrade. So far I have upgraded super nub, tan bucking and 410mm 6.01 barrel. It did not increase fps very much unfoftunately. How ever it performs much better with heavy weight bbs.

Happend to me. I have just feeded some more bbs in the mag and then spray them out on full auto. Fixed the problem - and it was also a mix of tracers...

Sorry to hear that real steel handguard does not fit. Especially because just before I read it I ordered one! I am not very happy about the idea of rethreading my upper:-/. Does anyone else have the same problem - not possible to mount a real steel handguard without rethreading?

Hi all, does anyone experience leakage in mags throu the filling valve? I had my mws in field this weekend for the first time. To my horror all of my five mags (all brand new) leak through filling valve so quickly that it doesnt empty one full mag. I tried to tighten the valve on one of them. I felt it could be tighten more but I remeber someone wrote here that it is easy to break them so I didnt put too much force on it. Also I have two gasses and it leaks with both. It seems weird to me because one mag came with the gun and four other were bought extra from a different shop. The mags are definitely a different batch but has the same problem. Thank you in advance for any help.

Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only, MWS! Finally she came. Somehow all the stuff came within one week. I took modify tan bucking and SG nub (Many thanks to Dave as he was super fast in communication and delivering the product!). Only four extra mags so far but two more will come shortly. As for the barrel at last I decided to take 410mm 6.01 crazy jet. It is the longest one they had at local store. It would stick out of the flashider so I will have to hide it into the silencer. However I want to build a DMR so I am seriously thinking about getting even longer one...like 500mm plus prommy. Once I get a chrono I will let you know about stock vs. upgraded fps and accuracy. Oh and I almost forgot. I bought her some food and that would be .49g novritsch BBs. I have never had anything that heavy so I am curious how it will perform.

Ok guys this is it! I have lost the fight against my rational self and ordered the gun. It should be in my hands in two weeks and I am feeling like a kid on his way to candy store. I am also spending huge amount of time on e-shops window shopping tons of upgrades, rails, stocks, sights and all other practical stuff as well. This will inevitably result into spending some more money for it in near future and because of that I had a really bad argument with my wallet. I am affraid I will have another one, even bigger, with my girlfriend when it all arrives. But it is a sacrifice I am willing to make. Long story short I am signing up to The Club. What I plan is: - six g nub - modify tan bucking - longer barrel - m-lok or keymod lightweight rail - super sexy looking stock Though I have read this whole forum several times I still have some questions: - Has the gun mil spec dimensions? Will real steel parts - handguards, stock a pistol grip - fit? I saw someone said BCM rail fits. Does it really fit without any modification? - I understood I need that PTS adapter ring thingee OR use Dytac outer barrel if want to mount an AEG handguards/rails. Is it all I need or is there anything else? - I would like to build a DMR so what inner barrel would you recommend? I saw Orga, Prometheus and Crazy jets has been mentioned before. I understand that Prometheus has some larger hop window. What is it? Is it compatible with sixG nub? We dont have limits for fps here so the more the better I suppose. - Is it ok to prolong outer barrel with some after market extension? I would not want to have some wobbling in there or have different diameters which would bend the inner barrel etc. Sorry for long post but I am really looking forward to have it.
