Its weird i. That a bit fits into the receiver and is held by a barrel nut. A bit then is attached into that woth grub screws, then another bit slots onto that and clamps the inner barrel with grub screws. Like i said, weird lol

So my Arp556 build is complete. Msy change the sight for an eotech xps3-2.

Nah not yet. It arrived today, need to find my tamiya to deans adapter until i get it rewired. Will chrono it and test fire once i have done that. Dont like the weird outer barrel assembly on it, but it has a rotary hop and seems well put together. Its actually now my longest m4 style rifle, longer than my G&G Predator

It will depemd what torch. I picked up an FMA G17L holster and will be trying it out this weekend. I use a we glock 17 and have fitted a surefire x300 replica.

Again its not a special gun, but love how my Glock 17 is looking now

Got it today. I find it a little blurry due to my astigmatism but its more than useable and is not tbe fault of the sight. The dot on the sight is perfect though. Easiest way to check its 100 percent your own vision is to take a photo through the lens. The camera will show the true nature of the red dot.

Thats my concern as well. Have bought it from Optics Warehouse, so if I do find it bad, i can return it and upgrade to a prism red dot. Thats the plan anyway.
